As if having Kylie Jenner pay for her own birthday gift on Tyga’s behalf wasn’t embarrassing enough already, the rapper stooped to a new low when his Ferrari was repossessed while he was out shopping for another car.
Tyga, 26, and Jenner, 19, found themselves stranded at a Bentley dealership when the repo man came and drove off in the car they had used to get to the shop. According to TMZ, a collection employee used a spare key to get into Tyga’s vehicle while he was inside looking at a new whip with his girlfriend, leaving the two without a ride.
Tyga, who owed his former landlord thousands of dollars in unpaid rent earlier this year, reportedly had his Ferrari repoed after missing a couple of payments on his lease.
While the emcee continues to struggle with money, his ex-girlfriend (and current girlfriend’s soon-to-be sister-in-law) called him out for being “kinda cheap” when they dated. In the latest issue of Elle, Blac Chyna revealed that she was only paid $2,500 to appear in Tyga’s “Rack City” video.
“I should’ve gotten more. He’s kinda cheap,” Chyna, who shares a son with Tyga, said of her former flame. “I was just like, ‘Thank God I’m out of that situation.’ And honestly, it was the best thing that I could’ve done, because my life has changed so much for the better.”
As for what Jenner thought of all of this? The reality star cryptically shared a photo of herself behind the wheel, flaunting her giant diamond ring while wearing a sweater reading, “Time is money.”
