The Paris concierge who purportedly led armed thieves to Kim Kardashian's suite earlier this week has written an open letter to the reality actress regarding the incident.
The Hôtel de Pourtalès staff had initially told officials that the five masked criminals commanded him to lead them to the 35-year-old reality actress's apartment on October 3, and he emphasizes that remaining calm saved both his and Kim's lives.
"Dear Kim, When you feel the cold steel of a gun at your neck, it is the moment when remaining calm can mean the difference between life or death, both our lives," he inscribed in the letter issued by Closer magazine on October 7, based on TMZ.
"I hope you are feeling better," he continued at the conclusion of the letter. Kim has returned to the U.S. since but has not openly addressed the robbery that saw her tied and gagged at gunpoint.
As regarding the concierge, there are still some speculations as to how he managed to obtain access to Kim's residence so efficiently.
"What’s confusing to police is how a low-ranking night staffer had such easy key access to the VIP apartments,” a source said
The insider moves on to say the police "remain bewildered at the obvious ease with which he was able to guide the robbers straight to the star’s bedroom."
Surely soon we will hear from Kim Kardashian herself about what really went down that day but for now, the investigation still goes on.
