I just found out that Payoneer DO NOT transfer money anymore to any Nigerian banks – even domiciliary account. So, in order to receive the money transferred from PayPal to your account in Nigeria. You need to open an account with Skrill. Skrill is an online payments and money transfers company, similar to Payoneer. It’s easy to send and receive money worldwide with Skrill. A friend of mine has tried it out and confirmed that it works pretty well. Their payment is simple, secure and quick online global payments. To sign up with Skrill is also easy as ABC, all that is required is your email address, password and you should be ready to play or pay in seconds.
Keep in mind that you can’t withdraw money directly from PayPal to Skrill. You have to transfer the money to your Payoneer account/card and then transfer the money to your Skrill account and from there to Nigeria. Hint: PayPal to Payoneer > Skrill > to any account in Nigeria. In addition, you need to know also that Paypal do not allow you to send/receive money with PayPal in Nigeria, you can only spend what you have already in PayPal for online purchases.

The only way out about this PayPal problems in Nigeria is this, Just confirmed with PayPal and Skrill. If you already have an account with PayPal and able to receive money with it. To be able to receive the money in PayPal in Nigeria, You will need to open an account with Skrill and link it with Payoneer – so that when you receive the money in PayPal you can transfer the fund to Payoneer account, then to Skrill account/card and able to transfer the money from Skrill to any account in Nigeria/even Domiciliary account. You can also sign up for Skrill Master card, just like Payoneer card before and receive the card in Nigeria. I will keep updating this article if i hear anything that changes.
