Five Powerful Juice Drinks Recommended For Arthritis

A diet consisting of vegetables and fruits can help prevent chronic disease, including certain arthritic conditions.

1. Broccoli Carrot Juice

1/2 cup fresh broccoli, cut in pieces
3 medium carrots, roots only
1 apple, core removed
1/2 lemon, peeled

2. Carrot, Pineapple & Celery Juice

6 carrots
3 ounce pineapple
2 stalks of celery
1 teaspoon lemon juice

3. Blueberry Papaya Juice





2 cups blueberries
¼ peeled papaya

4. Cherry-Pomegranate Juice

2 cups sour cherries
1 pomegranate, remove skin
1 apple, remove core

5. Raw Potato Juice

Cut the potatoes into thin slices, together with the bark. Put them in a glass of water and leave the mixture overnight. Drink this water in the morning, on an empty stomach.
Note: For the recipes from 1-4, simply juice the listed ingredients in an electric juicer.

Fruits and vegetables that are effective for arthritis pain include:

Fruits: Papaya, pineapple, grapefruit, blueberries, plums, pear, sour cherries, raspberries, strawberries, pomegranate and apples
