Corinne Olympios talks about screen-legend Meryl Streep accusing her of 'lying twice' about Harvey Weinstein--'I'll kill her'

Bachelor In Paradise had to be paused when she was at the center of a scandal during filming.

But that hasn't stopped Corinne Olympios laying into Meryl Streep for her response to the Harvey Weinstein scandal.

The 25-year-old reality television star said she was going to 'kill' the three-time Academy Award winner, on her latest podcast episode on Thursday.

'I'm definitely going to kill Meryl Streep,' said Olympios during a segment called Kill, Make Love, Marry on So Random.

She was given the option between Whoopi Goldberg, Wanda Sykes and Meryl, and Olympios didn't hold back as she slated the screen legend despite her co-host and publicist, Keira, sounding shocked.

'Sorry,' explained Olympios, before addressing the question forcefully.

'[I'd kill]Meryl Streep. She was supporting Harvey Weinstein! Yes. She was, she knew about it. She knew about everything that was going on. And lied about it twice. She lied about it twice though.

'And then she went back on her word. It's messed up. It's messed up. I'm gonna kill you Meryl.'

Streep struck out at Harvey Weinstein's lawyers last month for using her name in an attempt to get a class action lawsuit against the disgraced movie mogul dismissed.

In a statement, Streep said: 'Harvey Weinstein's attorneys use of my (true) statement — that he was not sexually transgressive or physically abusive in our business relationship — as evidence that he was not abusive with many OTHER women is pathetic and exploitative.

'The criminal actions he is accused of conducting on the bodies of these women are his responsibility, and if there is any justice left in the system he will pay for them — regardless of how many good movies, made by many good people, Harvey was lucky enough to have acquired or financed.'

Lawyers Phyllis Kupferstein and Mary E. Flynn wrote this would include actresses such as Streep and Jennifer Lawrence who have not made allegations of sexual misconduct.

They pointed to Streep saying Weinstein had always been respectful with her during their collaborations in a statement to the press.

They did not mention that Streep also praised the 'heroes' who made allegations about his behavior, which she said was 'inexcusable' and an 'abuse of power'.

Weinstein, 65, has been accused of sexual harassment and assault by dozens of women. He denies all allegations of non-consensual sex.

New beau? Corinne - who was on season 21 of The Bachelor as well as on the most recent season of Bachelor In Paradise - was recently linked to Kim Kardashian's BFF Jonathan Cheban after they were spotted dining together

She was spotted on Friday with a mystery man in Tulum, Mexico, and she explained on her podcast that she was recording it whilst on vacation in the area during Spring Break.

Bachelor in Paradise USA abruptly ceased filming after an alleged sexual misconduct incident involving misuse of alcohol during last year's season in Mexico, with producers releasing an official statement explaining the decision at the time.

'We have become aware of allegations of misconduct on the set of Bachelor in Paradise in Mexico,' the statement read.

Producers supposedly witnessed contestants Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson 'getting extremely sexual in the swimming pool'.

It was later alleged that Corinne was drunk while naked in the island's hot tub.

'They could have seen that she was drinking too much and that (DeMario) was taking advantage,' a contestant of the show reportedly said.

Olympios and Jackson have apparently moved past what happened over the summer, forming a friendship and happily hanging out on occasion.
