Swizz Beatz may not have taken the stage at Sunday night’s VMAs, but he drew in an audience elsewhere: Beyoncé, Jay Z, Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, Alicia Keys, Cassie, Puff Daddy, author Steve Stoute, and his wife Lauren Bronte all joined the rapper for post-show drinks, as pictured in an Instagram photo Beatz posted after the ceremony.
“Family Zone,” he captioned the photo alongside a string of crown emojis.
The get-together followed a monumental night for the high-profile crowd, particularly for Beyoncé and West. Queen Bey dominated the awards show with a whopping 11 nominations and eight wins. Both her and West captivated fans onstage, too: West introduced his tantalizing“Fade” video with a long-winded speech that name-dropped Taylor Swift and Amber Rose, while Bey performed an epic Lemonademedley that capped off with her dancers forming the female gender symbol. Even Kardashian got her moment in the spotlight, introducing Britney Spears’ first VMA performance since 2007.
The photo also confirms Jay Z was in New York during the VMAs, as he wasn’t spotted during the broadcast.
