The “Me & U” singer called her mother Stacey Hobson to describe her boyfriend’s bizarre behavior and technical (alleged) theft. Stacey called the police.
Although Diddy returned to the couple’s shared L.A. home with the phone, authorities still conducted an investigation. No charges were filed, but they did write up a domestic incident report.

This isn't the first time the couple have broken up. Cassie appeared to have dumped the 'I'll Be Missing You' hitmaker in December amid reports he had been "pictured with a woman at a number of events.”
At the time, she shared a now-deleted Instagram photo with the caption, "How I sleep knowing that I'm single and no one is cheating on me."
Cassie has yet to call out Diddy directly in a similarly shady ‘Gram snap.
