Soon after winning her medal, He's boyfriend and fellow diver Qin Kai proposed to her as she stepped off the medal podium. With a hand over her face, she accepted the proposal and Qin slipped a ring on her finger.
So just to recap, in the span of a few minutes He added a silver medal to her neck and a diamond ring to her finger.
Not bad for a day's work.
He finished second in the event to fellow Chinese diver Shi Tingmao, while Italy's Tania Cagnotto took home the bronze.
