Sources close to the starlet say she lashed out on him on social media because she still is not “over him.”
The “Good For You” hitmaker publicly scolded Biebs on his Instagram photo which displayed him and new girlfriend Sofia Richie.
Fans of Justin are not so much fans of Lionel Richie’s daughter and bashed her in the comments.
After the singer threatened to delete his Instagramover it, Selena came to the rescue and defended his fans.
Despite her plea, Justin deleted his page anyway — simultaneously wiping Selena out of his life too.
Following Biebs’s drastic actions, a source close to Selena told People, "He was Selena's first love, and she hasn't been able to totally get over him.
"They're both young and have made mistakes, but she has never used him. He put their relationship out there way more than she ever did, and he's been very strategic about it.”

After the Instagram spat, Justin deleted his Instagram account and Selena took to Snapchat to apologize to her fans for the outburst.
