It's hard not to cringe at a wedding when the bride and her father take the dance floor and start spinning around to, say, Wonderful Tonight. The song on its own is fine if Eric Clapton is your jam, but the lyrics tread into creeper territory. ("So I give her the car keys and she helps me to bed." 😱 ) Same with Brown-Eyed Girl("Making love in the green grass/Behind the stadium/With you" 😵 ) and John Mayer's Daughters ("Girls become lovers who turn into mothers" 😷 ). Nope, nope, nope.
