By now, it seems FX won’t reveal the theme for American Horror Story Season 6 until the season’s September 14 start date. And as every fan tries to uncover that big secret, we’ve seen a lot of conflicting information.
TV Guide listed the season’s subtitle as “The Mist,” whatever that means.
But the show has also been filming scenes set at the “lost colony” of Roanoke.
The Season 6 promos haven’t helped, featuring everything from creepy children to creepy-crawly insects to nefarious aliens.
Yet another (longer) promo takes us through the symbology of the past five seasons, perhaps setting up a “meta” season?
