Jeffrey Schwartz is really determined to get paid for his unhappy experience of being Justin Bieber's neighbor. If the name rings a bell, it's probably because that's the same (now former) neighbor who went after the Biebs for damage costs after the singer egged his house in 2014. According to TMZ, Jeffrey claims Justin also spit in his face at one point, and he's pursuing compensation for the emotional distress caused by their spat (see what we did there?). Currently, Jeffrey is hoping to speak to Michael Arana, who worked as Justin's bodyguard at the time of the argument.
