The 43-year-old Pascal Duvier, who was away from her employer in a nightclub when Kim Kardashian fell victim to a £8.5million heist as she was sleeping alone in her hotel room in Pari, lodged a petition for company bankruptcy at Heidelberg legislative court on July 22 this year.
His German ProtectSecurity firm, which has manage security for a couple of celebs from Kim Kardashian's husband Kanye West to the Black Eyed Peas, has gathered up debts totalling €1,093,518 (£961,296).
The bankruptcy lawyer on the case said 'There is so much debt. There are many claimants. I cannot say the exact number. Lots.'
