A disturbing Facebook video shows a man and a woman unconscious on a sidewalk in Memphis, Tennessee, after using heroin.
Police said the couple "snorted some heroin" in a nearby Walgreens restroom.
A passerby saw them lying on the sidewalk and called 911.
Police arrived and took the husband and wife to the hospital in noncritical condition.
Police said the woman, Carla Hiers, had a warrant out for her arrest, so they took her into custody.
Courtland Garner posted a Facebook Live video of the incident, showing the two sprawled on the sidewalk and onlookers laughing and commenting on them.
Since it was posted Monday afternoon, the video has been viewed nearly one million times.
