First Trailer For Beauty and The Beast Live-Action Released By Disney (VIDEO)

Emma Watson has proven yet again that she's truly the belle of the ball. Disney dropped the first trailer for it's highly anticipated live-action remake of Beauty and the BeastMonday morning on Good Morning America, and it's sure to tug on the hearts strings of every hopeless romantic.

The visually stunning two-minute clip introduces audiences to all the major characters from the beloved children's movie, including Kevin Kline as a bumbling Maurice, Ewan McGregor as the bougie Lumière, Emma Thompson as the caring Mrs. Potts, Luke Evans as the insufferable Gaston, Dan Stevens as the cursed Beast, and, of course, the enchanting Watson as Belle.
And then there's Chip, who has somehow managed to get even cuter since 1991's Oscar-nominated film.
The preview also gives us the first extended look at classic scenes like the "A Tale as Old as Time" ballroom dance, Belle's envied library and the moment the Beast protects his prisoner from the animals of the forest.

Disney has been giving audiences several glimpses into the movie recently, including a poster that mimicked the film's original artwork:
The film's creators also spoke to Entertainment Weekly about how the movie will defer from the animated version, reiterating that the live-action interpretation will paint Belle in a majorly feminist light.
"We tried to tweak things to make Belle more proactive and a bit more in charge of her own destiny," Watson said. "In the animated movie, it's her father who is the inventor, and we actually co-opted that for Belle. We created a backstory for her, which was that she had invented a kind of washing machine, so that instead of doing laundry, she could sit and use that time to read."
Watson adds that her Belle would also be more practical when it came to clothing, ditching the corset under the iconic yellow gown and trading ballet flats for riding boots.
