Years and years ago we saw Dolly Parton and Miley Cyrus perform "Jolene" together. Recently, we were treated to Pentatonix and Dolly Parton singing the legendary song together. Then, Jennifer Nettles performed the tune with Pentatonix in tribute to Dolly during the 50th Annual CMA Awards.
But, now? Now, we've got Dolly, Miley and Pentatonix together performing one of the greatest songs of all-time-- a capella.
Per the rules of being on stage with Dolly, she was front and center as Miley provided harmonies and Pentatonix do what they do best-- sound like instruments, sing like angels and look good while doing it.
The performance was a part of the live eliminations during "The Voice" and in a rare moment, we got to see Dolly wear all black.
It was perfect.
