The singer-actress, who is originally from Grand Prairie, Texas, just listed the 10,000-plus-square-foot home for $2,999,000. The private estate, located in the prestigious Montserrat neighborhood of Fort Worth, features five bedrooms, six and a half baths, three fireplaces, a game room, and a theater. The expansive 1.5-acre grounds are equally as luxe, and include a saltwater pool, putting green, outdoor kitchen and cabana, and tennis and basketball courts. The garage is massive, with enough space to hold six to eight cars.
Selena purchased the Texas estate in November 2015 for $3.5 million, according to Zillow. She's selling it less than two year's later because the she wasn't able to spend as much time there as she liked, her real estate agent, Ashley Cook, told a local blog. "She ended up only spending holidays there," Cook said. "Her work schedule takes her all over the place. But she really loved hanging out with her family in that media room."
