Watch Corinne Olympios Hug and Kisses DeMario Jackson After ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ Crisis (PICs)

Reunited! Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson happened to run into each other at SBE's Nightingale Plaza in Los Angeles on Wednesday, August 31, and they made it clear that they’re putting the past behind them. The duo hugged and looked happy to see each other.

This is the first time the pair have been spotted together since production on Bachelor in Paradise was shut down earlier this summer. Both stars opted not to return to complete the season after a full investigation by Warner Bros. found no evidence of misconduct by any party.

Friends Again
Olympios jumped up and wrapped her legs around Jackson. She even gave him a smooch on the cheek.

All Good Here
As previously reported, a Bachelor in Paradise producer filed a complaint of alleged sexual misconduct in the workplace after witnessing the pair getting hot and heavy. Olympios recently said on Good Morning America that she has no recollection of the incident after she unintentionally blacked out from a combination of alcohol and medication.

Kiss and Make Up
“It really just caused a horrible, horrible blackout. It was like I went, like, under anesthesia and then just, like, woke up,” the Miami native said on GMA. “I’ve seen some of the footage, yeah, and obviously I watched the first episode. It’s like I’m not watching me. I’m watching someone else. I was, like, in shock.”

No Bad Blood
The Bachelor alum made it clear during her sit-down with Chris Harrison, which aired on August 29, that she doesn’t blame Jackson. “I honestly don’t think he did anything wrong,” Olympios said. “I don’t think it’s anyone’s fault. It’s just a really unfortunate, annoying situation that had to go down.”

All Smiles
After getting emotional while sharing his side of the story in an interview with Harrison last week, Jackson looked much happier during his meet-up with Olympios. He explained what happened during the alleged pool incident. “We got turnt up. We’re at bar hanging out. One thing leads to another and we’re making out,” he said to Harrison. “One thing leads to another, and the pool gets a little intense, and I didn’t think anything of it.” He added that they had a “great” breakfast together the next morning.

Onward and Upward
The executive recruiter wanted people to know that not everything they read is true. “I’m not that monster that they’re trying to portray on TV,” he insisted to Harrison. “Like Michelle Obama said, ‘When they go low, you go high.’ It was hard to go high.”

Jackson also claimed that race played a factor in the headline-making situation. “I think people wanted it to be something different,” he told The Hollywood Reporter in August. “They wanted the angry black guy and this little, innocent white girl. But it wasn’t that.”

Moving On

Since the controversy, Olympios said she’s “doing a lot better.” She told Harrison that she’s been spending time with her family, and her mom, Peri, who’s been staying with her.
Peri exclusively told IPRESSTV that their family “got through a lot” in the last few months. “There are times you need your parents and you need your family,” she told Us. “And her sister was there and her dad was there and that makes all the difference to get through this."

DeMario Jackson opened up about the Bachelor in Paradise sexual misconduct scandal in a new interview, claiming race played a factor in the ABC reality series' headline-making summer.

As previously reported, a producer filed a misconduct complaint in June after an alleged sexual encounter between Jackson and castmate Corinne Olympios, both of whom had been drinking, occurred on set. Warner Bros. Television immediately suspended production and launched an investigation. Nearly two weeks later, the production company concluded that there was no evidence of misconduct. The cast, sans Jackson and Olympios, returned to Mexico to resume filming in the days following.

"If I would have been [white contestants] Alex [Woytkiw] or Derek [Peth], we wouldn't even be having this conversation," Jackson told THR. "I would probably be engaged to Alexis [Waters] right now."

The executive recruiter also claimed that the scandal wouldn't have happened if Olympios, 25, were black. "This wouldn't have been a story," he said. "We wouldn't even be having this discussion at all. ... I had white America calling me the N-word and telling me to 'go back to Africa.' And they were slut-shaming Corinne, which sucked. For me, I'm just sitting here thinking, 'Wow. Our world.' The human race continues to let me down."

In the second episode of Paradise, host Chris Harrison sat down with the cast and addressed the situation upon their return to the resort. Many of them agreed that race influenced the scandal. Interviews with Jackson and Olympios will be featured in upcoming episodes.

Evan Bass and Carly Waddell of ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ Are Married!

Bachelor in Paradise stars Evan Bass and Carly Waddell married in a romantic wedding celebration in Mexico on Saturday, June 17, according to multiple reports.

The couple, who met and fell in love on the ABC dating show and got engaged on the season 3 finale last summer, tied the knot in front of family and friends in a ceremony that is set to air on ABC later this year.

Their nuptials were originally meant to air during the new season of Bachelor in Paradise, but those plans were changed when production on the show was shut down last week after allegations of sexual misconduct between contestants Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson.

Bass wrote in an op-ed for The Hollywood Reporter on Saturday, June 17, that the controversy broke his heart, and begged ABC not to cancel the dating series.

The single dad of three sons, who lives in Nashville with Waddell, wrote that the show didn’t just guide him “to an incredible stepmother” for his children, it brought him “personal redemption.”

But the road to the altar wasn’t smooth for Bass and Waddell, who initially dumped the erectile dysfunction specialist before falling for his quirky charms.

“Carly and I sat on a beach for weeks talking,” Bass wrote on Saturday of how they got to know one another while filming the Bachelor spin-off. “At first I creeped her out, but because of the time allowed to just hang after she friend-zoned me, she came to realize that she not only liked my flavor of creepiness, but wanted to marry it as well!”

Bachelor executive producer and creator Mike Fleiss tweeted his congratulations to the newlyweds on Saturday, writing, “So happy for Carly and Evan!!!” Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert were among the Bachelor in Paradisestars reportedly in attendance at the wedding and Bachelorette alum Robby Hayes also tweeted his best wishes to the couple.

DeMario Jackson Of 'Bachelor in Paradise' From Hideout, Claims He Lost His Job Over Sexual Misconduct Allegation

DeMario Jackson, the man at the center of the Bachelor in Paradise scandal, is denying allegations he sexually assaulted fellow cast member Corinne Olympios, adding that they have already cost him his job.

“My character has been assassinated, my family name has been drug through the mud,” Jackson told Inside Edition. “The only thing I want is for the truth to come out. I feel like the truth will be able to come out in those videos.”

Inside Edition’s Jim Moret then asked: “So, you want those videotapes to come out?”

“Yes, sir,” Jackson replied.

The controversy has followed Jackson to his Southern California home. He's currently hiding out at a relative's house, where Inside Edition caught up with him.

Jackson said the allegations led to his firing as an executive recruiter.

When asked whether he blames Olympios for what has happened, he added: “I don't blame anyone right now, all I want [are] the tapes.”

Jackson replied with "no comment," when asked by Moret what he wished to say to the show's producers, but maintained that he wants privacy for his family, as well as the Olympios' family.

The alleged encounter was described as “very raunchy" and "soft core porn," according to Los Angeles Times reporter Amy Kaufman.

The reality show is known for frequent hook-ups between contestants and free flowing liquor. Production at the Mexican resort was shut down after a producer complained of inappropriate conduct. An investigation is ongoing.

“I am a victim," Olympios said in a statement earlier this week. "Although I have little memory of that night, something bad obviously took place. As a woman, this is my worst nightmare and it has now become my reality.”

The fate of the reality show remains in limbo following the halt in production.

“We have become aware of allegations of misconduct on the set of Bachelor in Paradise in Mexico," Warner Bros., which produces the ABC show, told Inside Edition in a statement. "We have suspended production and we are conducting a thorough investigation of these allegations.

"Once the investigation is complete, we will take appropriate responsive action.”

Stars Involved In ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ Misconduct Scandal Speaks Out

Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson, the two “Bachelor in Paradise” contestants who appear to be at the center of misconduct allegations that led to the show’s suspension, have broken their silence on the alleged incident.

Olympios, 25, who said she had no memory of what had happened, spoke out first. “I am a victim,” she said Wednesday in a statement to Newsday, “and have spent the last week trying to make sense of what happened on June 4. Although I have little memory of that night, something bad obviously took place, which I understand is why production on the show has now been suspended and a producer on the show has filed a complaint against the production.”

Later in the day, Jackson, 30, released his own statement. “It’s unfortunate that my character and family name has been assassinated this past week with false claims and malicious allegations,” he said in a statement to People Magazine. “I will be taking swift and appropriate legal action until my name is cleared and, per the advice of legal counsel, will be seeking all available remedies entitled to me under the laws.”

The show’s production company, Warner Bros., indefinitely suspended production on Sunday, saying in a statement, “We have become aware of allegations of misconduct on the set” and promising an investigation and “appropriate responsive action.” Reports that day suggested Olympios and fellow contestant Jackson may have become inebriated and behaved inappropriately in a pool.

“As a woman, this is my worst nightmare and it has now become my reality,” Olympios said in her statement. “As I pursue the details and facts surrounding that night and the immediate days after, I have retained a group of professionals to ensure that what happened on June 4 comes to light and I can continue my life, including hiring an attorney to obtain justice and seeking therapy to begin dealing with the physical and emotional trauma stemming from that evening.”

The Hollywood Reporter said Wednesday that Olympios had retained high-profile Hollywood attorney Marty Singer.

Meanwhile People, citing a source close to Jackson, said he was in good spirits since the investigation and was reportedly confident his reputation would be cleared.

Lace Morris and Grant Kemp From Bachelor in Paradise Split: How Twitter Reacted (What About the Tattoos?!)

At least they'll have the tattoos to remember each other by. Lace Morris and Grant Kemp, one of three couples to get engaged during Bachelor in Paradise season 3, announced on Monday, November 28, that they've broken up, and fans took to Twitter to share their reactions to the news.

Morris, 25, who vied for Ben Higgins' affections on The Bachelor season 20, had a brief fling with Chad Johnson on Paradise before finding love with Kemp, 28, a firefighter who was among JoJo Fletcher's castoffs on The Bachelorette season 12.

Perhaps the pair's most memorable scene from this summer's show featured them getting matching tattoos on their hands of "Grace" — a combination of their two names — during a date in Mexico. (Words to live by: Reality-TV love can be fleeting, but body art is forever.)

"It really was mutual," Morris told Entertainment Tonight of the split. "We both have our issues we need to work on, and we can’t really give each other what we need at this time. It’s just not the right timing. We have so much love for each other, and it’s weird because the chemistry is there, and I’m thinking, ‘Why can’t we make this work?’ But it's just not possible right now."

"For a month, we were kind of starting to bicker, and it was a thing of, something’s got to give," the real estate agent continued. It was a cycle we couldn't break. … I think he’s an amazing man. I’m super sad that it ended, but I know it’s for the best right now."

The heartbreaking news leaves two couples still intact from Paradise season 3: Amanda Stantonand pizza enthusiast Josh Murray, along with the ever-adorable Carly Waddell and Evan Bass.
