John Legend Talk About Fertility Challenges With Chrissy Teigen

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen’s struggle with fertility made them even stronger. "Having a baby is a big challenge for a couple, and going through that together strengthens your bond because if you make it through [having a child], you know you can make it through anything,” Legend, 38, told Cosmopolitan in an interview published on Monday, August 28. "We’re lucky that we’re living in an age where we can conceive in other ways. [IVF] brought us [16-month-old daughter] Luna and hopefully it will bring us a few more awesome kids, too."

The “All of Me” singer explained to Cosmo that he and his wife of nearly four years talk through everything, which doesn’t come quite as naturally for him as it does the Lip Sync Battle host. "There’s no problem with openness in our relationship,” he said. "You know Chrissy. She doesn’t hold anything back! I’m quite reserved, but being with someone like her inspires me to be open about my emotions. She brings them out of me because she’s so open about hers."

One topic that was openly discussed between the two, Legend says, wasTeigen’s choice to cut back on drinking. As previously reported, the supermodel opened up to Cosmo on August 21 about the choice, explaining that she was "point blank, just drinking too much,” and had incorporated alcohol into her getting-ready routine. "We’re always honest with each other, so we discuss everything that’s on our minds,” Legend explained. "When she was thinking about how she wanted to drink less, we talked about it. I just want to support her. I want her to be happy and to live the fullest, most awesome life she can, and I want us to do it together.”

Legend added: "Whenever she sets her mind to anything, I always tell her, 'I want to support you and help you do it.’”

Though their relationship may appear to work flawlessly, Legend explained that the expectation simply isn’t realistic. "I don’t want to present myself as the 'perfect spouse' and I don’t want to present our relationship as the 'perfect relationship' because I don’t think anybody meets that definition,” he said. "I think it’s too much pressure to put on anyone.”

Still, the crooner is happy to uphold his reputation as a loyal husband rather than a womanizer, something that was spoofed on a recent episode of Insecure. "I don’t mind being known as somebody who’s devoted to their wife,” he said. "I am devoted to Chrissy. And when I write about [my commitment to her], it’s me being authentic.”

He noted: "I think it should be cool to be a good partner, a good spouse, a good father, and/or a good parent. If I’m one of the people who helps make that cooler, I think that’s great."

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, 31, took to Snapchat on Sunday, May 21, to share a series of videos of herself and a group of girlfriends heading to the strip show, which is based on Channing Tatum's blockbuster films. "Hello, ladies! What are we doing? Magic Mike, baby!" Teigen said before bursting into laughter.

On their way to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Teigen and her friends came across a male blow-up doll laying on the floor in the hallway of their hotel. "What the f--k is..." Teigen asked as she picked up the sex toy. "Um, he has a pee-pee!"

Earlier in the day, the Cravings cookbook author wrote on Twitter that she planned to spend the evening with her sister, Tina, and her niece, both of whom live in Vegas. "Hanging out with them and not trying to force my back into a dress," Teigen wrote before assuring fans that she still planned to tune in to the awards show.John Legend performs at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on May 21, 2017.John Shearer/BBMA2017/Getty Images for dcp

Chrissy Teigen Gets a Tattoo With a Stranger in Reaction to John Legend Dancing With a Female Fan

Prank Him! Chrissy Teigen recruited a random stranger to get matching temporary tattoos on Saturday, May 13, in response to John Legend dancing with a female fan during his concert in Miami.

"I'm Chrissy Teigen and you guys get to pick your ultimate henna on my lower back," the Cravings cookbook author, 31, said in a Snapchat video while holding her daughter, Luna, 13 months, and standing outside of a tattoo shop.

Teigen was then seen walking hand-in-hand with a man named Eddie. "John got to dance with a woman at his concert, so Chrissy gets to take one man and hold hands with him," Teigen's off-camera friend said on Snapchat. "John, don't be jealous!"
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model and Eddie then headed into the shop, where she removed her pants and sat down on a stool to get her henna tattoo, baring her booty in a nude-colored thong. The pair then showed off the finished product, which read, "It's a prank, bruh."

A day earlier, Teigen and Legend, 38, took Luna to the Miami Seaquarium to celebrate the kickoff of his Darkness and Light Tour, which extends through June 30 before heading overseas in September.

Chrissy Teigen Says She is Sorry for Flashing Her ‘Thing’ at AMAs,

Whoops! Chrissy Teigen jokingly apologized for flashing her “hooha” at the American Music Awards Sunday, November 20. In an Instagram post published Monday, November 21, the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model, 30, thanked her stylist Monica Rose for her revealing ensemble while giving her hair removal specialist a shout-out.

“#AMAs! love you so so so much @jenatkinhair @1maryphillips @monicarosestyle @kimmiekyees (apologies to anyone harmed mentally or physically by my hooha),” she captioned an Instagram collage of her dress from the night’s red carpet. At certain angles, the images revealed her private parts. “Dress is #yousefakbar and shoes are @dsquared2 and laser hair removal is @sevlaseraesthetics.”
The cookbook author, who showed off her slender postbaby body (she gave birth to daughter Luna in April) while presenting her husband, John Legend, also made headlines for cussing.

As she was introducing Legend’s performance of “Love Me Now,” she blasted President-elect Donald Trump. “His songs are bigger than either of us,” the Cravings author told the crowd of her husband’s tunes after confirming she serves as inspiration for the Grammy winner. “And on the heels of what’s been a really interesting, f--ked up election for all of us, I think we could all use a little more love.”

Chrissy Teigen Wife Of John Legend Had No Underwear On At The 2016 AMAs [PHOTOS]

The 30 year-old mom wore a gown that had a deep slit, going all the way up on each side, held together by safety pins and on top of that it totally seemed like she forgot to put some underwear on.

We think that Chrissy managed to pull off that super tricky and risky outfit, pairing it with several chunky gold bangles and multiple rings and she finished the look with black and gold strappy heels that she tied around her ankles.

Chrissy Teigen And Kim Kardashian Both Fought With Their Husbands at Each Other's Weddings

When you think of Kim Kardashian and Chrissy Teigen's respective weddings with their husbands, Kanye West and John Legend, you probably think of the gorgeous gowns and the elaborate celebrations in Italy. However, Kim and Chrissy both recently revealed a detail we definitely missed from both of their weddings.
In a video on Kim's website, Chrissy tells all. "John and I got in the biggest fight at Kim and Kanye's wedding that you've ever seen in your whole life," Chrissy said. "You know when you think everything's about you? I was like, 'We ruined the wedding and everyone noticed,' and everyone's like, 'No, not really, nobody noticed.'" And the icing on the (wedding) cake? John sang Kim and Kanye's first-dance song. Chrissy shares, "I remember standing with your mom and being so mad at him and everyone's like, 'He's so amazing. Isn't he amazing?' and I was like, 'NO!'"

While Kim wasn't at Chrissy's wedding, she still managed to get into a huge fight with Kanye via text message. "I didn't go because [North] was just born, and I was so fat, and I was like, 'I have nothing to wear.' And so then he kept texting me being like, Babe, this is the most beautiful wedding,' 'Babe, this is so pretty, I really wish you were here at Lake Como.' And 'Stevie Wonder sang!' Literally, a play-by-play text. We got into the biggest fight—I was like, Just stop texting me, go enjoy the wedding, 'cause you're making me feel so bad, and I'm so fat!'"

Chrissy Teigen Set Fire To Twitter After Tweeting Something People Consider Inappropriate

Chrissy Teigen's Twitter activity is making headlines once more. The model, 30, caused a frenzy on Tuesday, September 13 after she posted a controversial tweet about "oriental" salad dressing.
"I really really really really clearly am not a PC type of gal but I'm a little weirded out at the oriental dressing option on my flight," Teigen, who is half Thai, shared with her more than 2 million followers. "Like if you're over 50 you can call me oriental to my face but this is a new menu and I'm not a rug."

Teigen then responded to a commenter who asked if she thinks that the word Oriental is offensive. "Not offensive, really," she replied. "Just weird. Old school. Just say Asian."
Do I think saying "oriental" is inappropriate? Yes. Laughable and ignorant. Am I OFFENDED when I hear it? No.
The Lip Sync Battle cohost then tried to clarify the remark. "But them saying 'oriental' makes no impact on me. I know that most of the time, their intention is not to hurt," she added. "For instance, you can call my mother Siamese. Thailand was Siam. But yeah. A little weird now."
but thank you for reminding me why Twitter can be insufferable. I was getting too comfy enjoying it and all.

Teigen's tweets quickly ignited a debate. Some commenters tweeted back that the term is a slur. "It might not be offensive to her but it's considered offensive to many. It perpetuates cultural ignorance," one person wrote. A second added: "@chrissyteigen sorry, but they are correct. 'oriental' is pejorative/derogatory when it's used to describe people from Asia."
Just a heads up that this all began from me preferring my salad dressing not being called "oriental"
Teigen directly responded to many commenters and continued to defend her position. "It's not a slur, though. It's just a bit of forgivable ignorance," she wrote. "Do I think saying 'oriental' is inappropriate? Yes. Laughable and ignorant. Am I OFFENDED when I hear it? No."
At one point, she cracked: "I really appreciate all the non-Asians telling me what is offensive to Asians, though. Thank you. Writing it all down."

Teigen is no newbie to a controversy on the social media platform. She often uses Twitter to slam GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump and TV personality Piers Morgan, and previously started a Twitter war between several blender companies.
