Steve Harvey says: Kim Kardashian knew absolutely ‘nothing’ on ‘Family Feud,

Kim Kardashian needs to stick to reality shows — and stay far away from game shows or other public events that require her to produce common sense answers.

No one should be the slightest bit surprised that the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star failed miserably in her appearance on an upcoming episode of “Family Feud,” the game show’s host Steve Harvey revealed.

“Kim didn’t know nothing,” Harvey divulged on the latest episode of “Ellen.”

Kardashian and other members of her famous family starred on an episode of the long-running Game Show Network series, which is scheduled to air in May. At first, the Kardashians were originally scheduled to compete with the family of Paris Hilton — Kardashian’s predecessor as the pop culture queen back in the 1990s — but when the Hiltons backed out, the Kardashians wound up competing against one another.

Kardashian was accompanied by her husband Kanye West and members of the rapper’s family on one side of the aisle, while the competing team comprised of Kris Jenner, her mother Mary Jo and several other Kardashian-Jenner females. Rob Kardashian was not present.

Also present on Kim Kardashian’s team was friend Johnathan Cheban, which gave them the first six-person team in the show’s history.

Not surprisingly, Khloe Kardashian wanted to be on opposite sides from older sister Kim.

“Khloe’s very competitive with Kim, and they were on opposite sides,” Harvey told host Ellen DeGeneres.

If Harvey was harsh in his assessment of Kim Kardashian’s performance, he revealed he was very impressed with West’s knowledge of common sense current events.

“Kanye was the best ‘Family Feud’ celebrity panelist we’ve ever had on the show. He loves the show,” Harvey notes. “His people said, ‘Steve, this is the most Kanye has ever smiled since we’ve been working for him.’ Kanye smiled!”

Kim Kardashian, 37, also posted a series of photos and videos to Snapchat, including one where she raved about why going on the show was a big deal for her and her husband.

“If you guys don’t know, Kanye and I are the biggest fans of ‘Family Feud,'” Kardashian said in a selfie video, with her smiling husband behind her.

“Kanye said he’s waited his whole life for this moment.”

The sisters are Genevieve Musci and Arlene Cody Bashnett, who are 103 and 98 years old respectively.

To their fans, however, Musci and Bashnett are known as Gramma and Ginga! The two sisters were born to an Italian immigrant family in Clarksburg, West Virginia and have lived very full and exciting lives. The two were raised in America in the early 1900s and made it out of a rural, relatively low-income life to become an international phenomenon.

Although the two are notorious for bickering with one another (and for having foul mouths), the bond between Gramma and Ginga is undeniable.

The social media phenomenon first rose to prominence after their grandson, 47-year-old Frank Fumich, took note of their unique dynamic.

Fumich initially posted videos of Ginga and Gramma on his Facebook page. Still, the videos grew in popularity so much that he soon needed to make them a dedicated YouTube channel as well. Today, Gramma and Ginga have their own Facebook page and their own website where they sell greeting cards, cookbooks and more.

Their kinship has earned them spots on national television as well—including on Jimmy Kimmel live!

Gramma and Ginga’s Facebook page has more than 287,000 likes and their videos continue to be shared around the internet.

According to Fumich, the pair’s chemistry is a beacon of light for many people:

“If you spend five minutes scrolling through people’s comments, 90 percent of people tag a sister or a friend and say ‘this is us in 60 years’ or something to that effect . . . I think it gives people hope that you don’t have to get old and sit in a nursing home and that not everyone gets old and gets Alzheimers and then dies.”

Steve Harvey Is Defending His Meeting With Trump

Steve Harvey defended his decision to meet with President-elect Donald Trump on Monday during his radio show, saying he has received backlash since his highly publicized meeting with Trump on Friday.





“On a personal note, a lot of ya’ll hurt me,” he said on his radio show. “You really did. I didn’t expect the backlash to be so fierce.”

Harvey said he felt it was important to meet with the president-elect when asked.

“… I have an obligation to take a seat at the table when invited,” Harvey said. “Change can only happen if you sit at the table… If you’re not at the table you can’t even… suggest what we should be doing. Therefore, it was very important for me to take the meeting.”


Harvey said he was contacted about the meeting by email through his TV show contacts.

“The only way we can heal the divide in this country is through conversation,” he said.

The talk show host said the president-elect asked him what he wanted to be involved in, and Harvey answered he was interested in the initiatives surrounding housing for urban development.

The “Family Feud” host said Trump was “cordial” during their sit-down.

“He was very warm, and honestly, when we talked, he was very sincere,” Harvey said.
