Bette Midler must have it out for the Kardashians! Just a month after dissing Kim Kardashian over her nude selfie, she’s joking about Rob Kardashian and his new fiancée, Blac Chyna.
The 70-year-old singer raises a good point, though. With Rob and Chyna’s upcoming nuptials, the Kardashian-Jenner family tree’s branches are getting seriously twisted.
But if you need a little clarity, we’ll do our best: Rob’s bride-to-be, Chyna, was once engaged to rapper Tyga, who’s now dating Rob’s half-sister Kylie Jenner. Chyna and Tyga share a son, King Cairo, now 3 ½.
Tyga and Kylie reportedly started dating not long after his August 2014 breakup with Chyna, but they didn’t confirm the relationship until Kylie’s 18th birthday. (Convenient timing, right?)
Still with us? It gets a little more complex: Chyna’s best friend, Amber Rose, previously dated Kanye West, who’s now the loving husband of Kim Kardashian. Kim and Chyna used to be friends.
And speaking of Kim, Bette mocked her on March 7, tweeting, “Kim Kardashian tweeted a nude selfie today. If Kim wants us to see a part of her we’ve never seen, she’s gonna have to swallow the camera.”
“Hey @BetteMidler,” Kim responded. “I know it’s past your bedtime, but if you’re still up and reading this, send nudes. #justkidding”
Bette really needs her own E! reality show — because these Twitter squabbles are very entertaining.
