Ellen DeGeneres Posted Sweet Message for Portia de Rossi on 9-Year Wedding Anniversary

Ellen DeGeneres is so in love.

The 59-year-old talk show host took to Instagram on Wednesday to wish her wife, Portia de Rossi, a happy nine-year wedding anniversary.

"@PortiadeRossi and I got married 9 years ago today. Being her wife is the greatest thing I am," DeGeneres wrote alongside a gorgeous black-and-white snap from their wedding day.

Singer Joshua Radin, who sang at the couple's wedding, also sent DeGeneres and de Rossi a special anniversary message, which DeGeneres reposted.

"Nine years ago today, these two incredible women got married and asked me to sing some of my songs to them while they were celebrating their most special day," Radin wrote. "It's still one of the most fun things I've ever done. Happy anniversary @theellenshow and @portiaderossi."

Earlier this month, DeGeneres gushed about de Rossi in an interview with Good Housekeeping.

"Portia understands me completely," she expressed. "In our vows, she recited a quote, 'It is good to be loved. It is profound to be understood' -- and to me, that's everything. What 'I love you' really means is 'I understand you,' and she loves me for everything that I am. She supports me and makes me happy."

Congrats to the happy couple!

Nicki Minaj Being Cunning About Nas Dating Rumor On The Ellen DeGeneres Show

The King and Queen of Queens! Nicki Minaj played coy about Nas dating rumors during an interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Tuesday, May 23.

"He's so dope," the "No Frauds" rapper, 34, said. "He's a king, he's such a king. ... Shout out to Queens, New York. I have to say that. We're both from Queens. And he is the king of Queens, and I'd like to think I'm the queen of Queens."

After Minaj admitted that Nas, 43, "is kind of cute," DeGeneres pushed further and asked if the rumored couple have had sleepovers yet. "We have," Minaj responded with a laugh. "I go to him. I just thought him coming to me was too forward."

The fellow rappers have yet to seal the deal, though. "I'm just chillin' right now. I'm celibate," the Grammy nominee revealed. "I wanted to go a year without dating any man. I hate men. ... I might make an exception to the rule for him 'cause he's so dope."

Minaj and Nas first sparked dating rumors earlier this month when she shared a photo of them cozying up at the Los Angeles restaurant Sweet Chick. "They were laughing a lot. They looked very cute together," an eyewitness exclusively told IPRESSTV of the dinner date. "No PDA, but they looked like a couple."

The "Starships" singer previously dated rappers Safaree Samuels and Meek Mill. Nas was married to singer Kelis from 2005 to 2010.

What Made Jane Fonda To Forget Her Lines While Working With Robert Redford?

She may be a two-time Oscar winner, a political activist and an author, but Jane Fonda is also human. She reminded Ellen DeGeneres of that fact when she stopped by "Ellen" this week to discuss her new film, "Our Souls at Night," her fourth major motion picture opposite Robert Redford. "The only problem with working with Bob is I kind of look into his eyes and I kind of fall into his eyes and forget my dialogue," the 79-year-old actress said of her 80-year-old leading man (via ET).

Jane and Robert also played lovers in "The Chase" (1966), "Barefoot in the Park" (1967) and "The Electric Horseman" (1979). "I realize that I've grown up because in the three previous movies, I was always in love with him," she noted. "I fell in love with him every time. So, if a day went by and he wouldn't speak to me, I always took it personally. Now, when he doesn't talk to me, I'm just like, 'Hey Bob, come on.'"

Ellen DeGeneres received the Presidential Medal of Freedom on Tuesday (Nov. 22, 2016) for her contribution to notable change and progress in the United States.

DeGeneres was among the 21 recipients of this prestigious honor along with Bruce Springsteen, Tom Hanks, Robert De Niro, Bill and Melinda Gates, and others. A White House aide described how, throughout the three decades of her career, DeGeneres has “lifted our spirits and brought joy to our lives as a stand-up comic, actor and television star” and how she exhibited courage by coming out in the late 1990s.

“At a pivotal moment, her courage and candor helped change the hearts and minds of million of Americans, accelerating our nations’ constant drive towards equality and acceptance for all,” he continued before referencing a famous quote from Dory, her character in Finding Nemo. “Ellen DeGeneres has shown us that a single individual can make the world a more fun, more open more loving place, so long as we just keep swimming.”

DeGeneres was visibly emotional as President Barack Obama placed the medal around her neck. “It’s easy to forget now when we’ve come so far, where now marriage is equal under the law, just how much courage was required for Ellen to come out on the most public of stages almost 20 years ago,” President Obama said after he presented her with the Medal of Freedom. “Just how important it was. Not just to the LGBT community, but for all of us.”

“Ellen counters what too often divides us, with the countless things that bind us together, inspires us to be better, one joke, one dance at a time.”

The Presidential Medal of Freedom is the highest honor that a civilian can receive. Watch the presentation of her medal in the video below.

In addition to receiving praise from fans for her White House Mannequin Challenge video, DeGeneres was sent congratulatory messages from celebrities that commended her personal and professional accomplishments. Ellen Page, who came out as gay in 2014 and thanked DeGeneres on Ellen in that same year for inspiring her to publicly address her sexuality, thanked DeGeneres once again on Twitter.

Rob Lowe also said that he was “so proud” of DeGeneres and the other Presidential Medal of Freedom recipients.

Kathy Griffin Talks About Her Quarrels With Ellen DeGeneres: She Needs to ‘Support Women’

Kathy Griffin champions female empowerment — and disassociates with those who seemingly do not.

Case in point: Ellen DeGeneres. In her new book, Kathy Griffin’s Celebrity Run-Ins: My A–Z Index, the two-time Emmy winner, 56, chronicles her encounters with more than 125 stars, but she admits there is one famous face she’s afraid to name. (Wink, wink: It’s 58-year-old DeGeneres.)

“I’m almost positive a certain beloved daytime talk show host once had me kicked out of a backstage dressing room at the Emmy Awards,” writes the comedian. “I can’t prove it, but this person, who has short blonde hair, has a mean streak that all of Hollywood knows about.”

So what’s the real deal? Griffin reveals exclusively to IPRESSTV the reasoning behind their beef. During a 2007 appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, “Ellen did a monologue about how mean I am,” Griffin tells IPRESSTV. “I was in the dressing room like, ’S--t! You’re another woman comic, c’mon!’”

(In March of that year, DeGeneres bashed Griffin in an interview with Wmagazine. “I know she had a big thing about wanting to be on the show, and we didn’t book her,” she said. "She did a whole thing that I banned her from the show. I didn’t ban her from the show, because first you have to be on the show to be banned.")

As far as Griffin is concerned, they should be banding together. “I don’t know if Ellen gets that when I talk about women, I’m joking,” says the author, who is dating marketing exec Randy Bick, 38. “I just feel really strongly about women supporting each other, especially women over 50 and women in comedy, because the people who still make decisions are still middle-aged white guys. We have to be better at not turning on each other.”

Don’t get her wrong, though. Griffin says she has “immense respect” for the 29-time Daytime Emmy award winner. “How could I not? Go, girl!” she adds. “I'm just saying that we would all be better served if we all just really be there for each other the way the dudes are. When you think about the guys who are in my age group, or even guys I started out with, like Kevin James and Ray Romano. They all help each other and hook each other up.”

On a serious note, Dion also offered an update on her family after the death of her husband. Renee Angélil, who was also Dion's manager, died of throat cancer in January. He was 73.

"That was his destiny and I still feel extremely fortunate that he has given me three magnificent children," she told DeGeneres. "I‘m well because he’s not suffering anymore. The hardest thing is not to lose somebody you love but to see them suffer."

Dion added, "So for me to know that he is in a place where he doesn’t suffer anyone makes me feel way better."

Last week, Dion released a new song that Pink wrote as a tribute to Angelil, and told ET that the track was "a tool" to help her keep going. Here's more from the singer:
