Lil Wayne worked as an Anti-Suicide Agent at Rikers

While he served eight months in prison for a firearm charge in 2010, Lil Wayne found a way to give back. As he explains in his new memoir of the experience, "Gone 'Til November: A Journal of Rikers Island," he worked for a time as a suicide prevention aide. "The job is basically to monitor the top tier [of the jail] for an eight-hour shift and if someone wants to hang up (meaning to kill themselves), to not negotiate with them or try to talk to them out of it, but just to alert and officer," he recalls in the book (via the New York Post). "You get paid $50 if you stop the person from actually hanging themselves and $25 if you find them hung up," he adds. "Yeah, it's that real." Excerpted from the journal he kept while he was behind bars, Lil Wayne's book hit shelves this month.

Toya Wright Discusses Her Brothers’ Tragic Deaths, Talks About Future With Ex Lil Wayne

Toya Wright is getting extremely candid.
The reality star opens up about the tragic deaths of her two brothers and discusses the possibility of getting back with ex-hubby Lil Wayne in a recent sitdown with The Real.
On today's September 14 episode, Toya explains the unimaginable pain of learning her siblings were senselessly gunned down in the streets of New Orleans.

“I just got numb. I was like this cannot be real. It's a pain that I don't think I've ever felt in my life … to lose two siblings at one time over senseless violence,” Toya says of the unbelievable tragedy.
The former Marriage Boot Camp cast member also clarifies her relationship status with ex-husband Lil Wayne — who rushed to her side after her brothers died — spilling the deets on whether or not a reconciliation is in their future.
The "A Milli" emcee coyly captioned a recent Instagram pic of his 17-year-old daughter’s mother, “Home team ride or die 4lyfe!!,” causing fans to speculate the two may be getting back together.
However, Toya laughs off Wayne's IG flattery.
“You never know what the future holds but right now, I just feel like it's a no. He's has a lot of growing up to do. He's still kinda like the hot boy Lil Wayne and I'm at a different place in my life.”
So are you saying there's a chance, Toya?
We’ll definitely be keeping an eye on these two!
