Mariah Carey Spent a Whooping $25 million To Rent A mansion for Her Cabo Birthday

Leave it to the queen diva Mariah Carey to rent out the most luxurious, exclusive mansion in Cabo San Lucas to celebrate her birthday.

The "We Belong Together" singer rang in her 47th on March 27 with her dancer boyfriend Bryan Tanaka, 33, and her twins Moroccan and Monroe, 5, at the gorgeous home estimated to be worth a cool $25 million.

According to the Daily Mail, the 8,291 square-foot property has all of the amenities a girl could ask for with a movie theater and huge wine cellar. We're also pretty sure that Mariah was thrilled with the chef, butler and driver on hand. "Thank you @casafryzer for this beautiful home in #cabo," she wrote on Instagram on March 29. "And thanking everyone for all of my anniversary love and wishes."

Mariah Carey’s New Year’s Eve performance was a complete disaster. There were technical difficulties that plagued the pop icon’s performance on ABC’s Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest

She showed up on the stage just before midnight to perform her iconic songs and very soon the difficulties started. When no one tried to fix the technical issues, Mariah absolutely gave up on singing and just started walking casually around the stage, joking and trying to explain what was happening to viewers.

Nick Cannon Reveals Mariah Carey Confronted Him About Having A Baby With Another Woman.

Don't mess with Mariah! While Carey may be happy with her backup dancer Bryan Tanaka, that doesn't mean she's thrilled about Nick Cannon having a baby with another woman!

In November, it was revealed Nick is expecting a third child with beauty pageant model Brittany Bell. During an interview on the Breakfast Club in New York, the television personality admitted, “I’ve got a baby on the way,” with a “special young lady.”

And this week, Nick spoke about Mariah's reaction to the explosive baby shocker. "She came at me first about it, so it was actually easier," he told Power 106 hosts J Cruz and Krystal Bee.
"I don't know how she heard about it, but she called me, and she was funny with it. She was like, 'Mhm, I heard about you out here in these streets,'" he continued.

While Mariah may not be to thrilled, his kids are, as Nick revealed to E! that his twins, Monroe and Moroccan, are "excited" to have another little one in the family.

Mariah Carey Says She Does Not Know Demi Lovato and Ariana Grande

Right back at ya! It’s been months since Demi Lovato dissed Mariah Carey on social media, but the diva is finally fighting back.

During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Sunday, December 18, Carey played a game of “Plead the Fifth.”

After dodging questions about her breakup with ex-fiancé James Packer, and her new reported romance with backup dancer Bryan Tanaka, she was asked about Lovato’s controversial comments last summer.

"Demi Lovato, I didn't know this, she kind of shaded you on social media," the host said. "She made assumptions about Ariana Grande, and she said, 'Mariah's a legend and she's so talented but she disses people. It's nasty the way she treats Jennifer [Lopez].' What would you say to Demi?"

Carey — who has famously insists she “doesn’t know” Jennifer Lopez, despite the Latina singer’s insistence that they’ve met “many times” — didn’t hold back.

”I don't know her either and so I wouldn't say anything to her," she said about Lovato, 24. "She should come up, introduce herself to me, say, 'Here's my opinion, what do you think about it?' That's how you handle s--t, OK?"

Earlier in the interview Cohen also asked his guest if she knew Ariana Grande.

"No," she said matter of factly. "I don't know … Honestly, I'm not familiar. I listen to hip-hop more than I listen to pop music.”

Mariah Carey And Nick Cannon's Twins Did Have An Unbelievably Wonderful Candy Room

Move over, Willy Wonka! Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey’s 5-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan, have the most insane candy room in their home, according to photos that their proud dad posted to Instagram on Wednesday, December 14.

“This room is the reason for all the hyper-activity!!! Patiently waiting for the Sugar Crash!!!” Cannon, 36, captioned an image of the adorable twins goofing off in a white room overflowing with candy bars, bags of gummy candy and oversize strings of candy necklaces. In it, the dynamic duo wear matching red onesies as they peek around a big pink cotton candy machine.

In another image that the America’s Got Talent host shared, a bespectacled Monroe is holding up a rainbow-color lollipop that’s bigger than her head, with bins of colorful gummies and hard candies piled high to her right. Cannon also posted a cute snap of a proud Moroccan getting started on their Christmas tree decorations.

“ROC put the first bulb on this year!!!” Cannon wrote, adding, “While Monroe had other plans in the Cannon Candy Shop!!!” In an interview with Us Weekly in 2012, Cannon admitted that he has always been a "candy fiend." "I love candy," he told Us. "Always been that way since I was a kid. ... You know, we say stuff as a kid that, you know, 'Oh, I want to grow up and make toys, I wanna have a candy store in my house,' and I was like, all right, well, this is something that I always said I wanted to have as a kid."

But candy wasn’t the only fun the lucky twins got to enjoy on Wednesday night. Other photos Cannon shared with fans showed the pair deep-diving into a giant pile of red balls in a makeshift ball pit in the living room. “A quick dip in the ball pit before bed!!!” Cannon wrote.

Cannon is also prepping for his second go-around at fatherhood. In November, IPRESSTV exclusively revealed that the All That alum is expecting a third child — this time with his ex-girlfriend Brittany Bell.

“Who said it wasn’t mine?” Cannon replied when asked about Bell’s pregnancy during an interview with the Breakfast Club on November 17, before confirming the happy baby news. “I’ve got a baby on the way … absolutely … God said be fruitful and multiply.”

In a recent interview with Power 106, Cannon admitted that his ex-wife had confronted him over the baby news, but that the pair were able to joke about the situation.

"She came at me first about it, so it was actually easier," he said on Tuesday, December 13. "I don't know how she heard about it, but she called me, and she was funny with it. She was like, ‘Mm-hmm, I heard about you out here in these streets.'"

Mini-mes! As if it’s not enough to get two music queens in one room, Beyoncé and Mariah Carey had to up the ante by posing for a photo with their adorable children too.

The pair snapped a selfie after Bey showed up to Carey’s All I Want for Christmas Is Youconcert in New York on Sunday, December 11, but it wasn’t until Mimi’s Instagram post the next day, that the full picture was revealed.

The celebrity moms smiled for the camera and in front of them Carey’s 5-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe, and Beyoncé’s daughter, Blue Ivy, 4, also posed up a storm.

“Backstage at Christmas time with our beautiful children. @beyonce #christmas #family #love” she captioned the pic.

Blue Ivy, who was joined by a friend, appeared to have taken some diva lessons from her famous mama as she peaked out from behind an oversize fan.

Carey’s kids looked equally as cute, wearing matching red-and-black-checked Christmas outfits.

The Mariah’s World star previously posted a snapshot of her kids onstage with her, meeting Santa Claus.

The original selfie she shared of her and Beyoncé was captioned: “I love you @beyonce thank you sooooo much for coming out tonight.”

Nick Cannon Shares Throwback Beach Photo With Mariah Carey But Denies Throwing Shade at Mariah Carey

Just a casual stroll down memory lane. Nick Cannon shared a throwback photo of himself and then-wife Mariah Carey frolicking on the beach via Instagram on Thursday, December 1, but insisted he wasn’t throwing shade after the singer was photographed kissing backup dancer Bryan Tanaka in Hawaii.

On Monday, November 28, Carey was snapped kissing and goofing off with the dancer Tanaka in Hawaii, furthering speculation of a romance between the pair. In one photo, Tanaka lifts theMariah’s World star off her feet as he splashes through the waves.

Cannon’s throwback photo shows him similarly scooping the pop icon up in his arms, with Carey’s curves barely contained in a tiny black bikini.

“#TBT This is how you do it! LOL #IkeTurnUp #WePetty,” he captioned the image, which shows him holding Carey in his arms in the ocean.

Commenters immediately put two and two together and accused Cannon of dissing his ex-wife, which prompted the America’s Got Talent host to deny he was taking a dig at the singer with a follow-up image of the exes.

“#TBT It’s all love! No hate!” he wrote. “But damn we looked Amazing!!! Energy evolves and Frequencies change but love never dies … @MariahCarey will always be my family and the Queen so anyone looking to divide that or spew hate, chat that sh-t at the door! Salute to the Queen!!!”

Cannon, 36, filed for divorce from Carey in December 2014 after six years of marriage (the former couple share 5-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe.) The singer then moved on with Australian billionaire James Packer, whom she got engaged to earlier this year, before calling off their engagement in October.

A source told IPRESSTV that Carey was “blindsided” by the breakup, and was “devastated” in the aftermath. But the “Fantasy” singer seemed to have found comfort in longtime pal Tanaka, who performed onstage in her Sweet Sweet Fantasy tour.

“They were all over each other, making out and not wanting to be more than a few feet apart,” an eyewitness told IPRESSTV of the pair of their Hawaiian beach day. “They swam in the ocean and he picked her up to kiss her. She was jumping into his arms, and he bent her back over his knee like they were dancing.”

Cannon, meanwhile, is currently expecting a baby with ex-girlfriend Brittany Bell.
