Orlando Bloom Reportedly Apologised To Lady That Was Fired After Alleged Romance

Orlando Bloom has reportedly apologized to a woman who was fired from her job after an alleged romp in his hotel room.

Reports said the woman, Viviana Ross, an aspiring actress, met the A-list actor at the Chiltern Firehouse hotel and eatery, where she worked and served him drinks in late April. After her shift, she and Orlando met up.

The Sun reported on May 22 that she was let go from her job the following day after she was apparently discovered in his hotel suite that morning. She then received a text telling her she'd been fired for "fraternizing with clients" within the next hour, the Sun said.

On May 23, The Sun reported that Orlando had reached out to apologize to the 21-year-old woman.

Since the two supposedly didn't exchange numbers, the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star called the restaurant for her number.

"Orlando got her number from the Chiltern Firehouse in London and called to make sure that Viviana was okay," a source told the UK newspaper. "The call will have come out of the blue — he is a gentleman and he genuinely had no idea what had happened after he left the Chiltern Firehouse. He just said, 'I am sorry about what happened.'"

A friend of Viviana said the now-former employee doesn't regret the evening.

"There was real electricity between her and Orlando from the moment they saw each other," the source said. "She said she had an amazing time and his body was very good. He was an exceptionally good lover."

Other celebs attending the party had a blast, including Jessica Alba, who went as Edina from Absolutely Fabulous.

Good thing she loves him unconditionally. Katy Perry revealed in a new interview the one reason why dating her boyfriend, Orlando Bloom, can be a bit of a pain.

Chatting with Women’s Wear Daily, the “Rise” singer, 31, lamented over the long drive from Los Angeles, where she lives, to Malibu, the beachside town where her British beau, 39, resides.

"My boyfriend lives in Malibu, and getting used to that [drive] was like, ‘Are you kidding me? What kind of life is this?'" she quipped to the outlet on Monday, September 5.

Perry — who grew up just a little over an hour away from Malibu, in Santa Barbara — went on to say that once she got used to the long drive to see her man, she found herself making more trips back home. "There's no pop-over and I never really got used to Malibu 'cause it's halfway to Santa Barbara, so I'm always just going to Santa Barbara then,” she explained. “I get the whole 'coming to L.A. and living by the beach' thing. But it's really like, it's so far, nobody [who lives in town] is going to come see you."

Despite the pop star’s wish for a shorter commute, she told WWD that she and Bloom have found a balance when it comes to making time to see each other. In fact, the Pirates of the Caribbean actor has even accompanied Perry during some of her hometown visits.

"I still spend a lot of time there because I grew up there," she said."I grew up in the poorest part of Santa Barbara... Actually my boyfriend didn't even believe me and I was like, ‘I'm going to drive you by my house' and you can Google Earth it.”

Bloom and Perry have been dating since hitting it off at the Golden Globe Awards this past January. Prior to their romance, Perry dated John Mayer on and off before calling it quits for good in 2015. Before that, she was wed toRussell Brand from October 2010 to July 2012.

The Lord of the Rings hunk — who recently created a media firestorm when he paddleboarded naked during an Italian vacation with Perry — was previously married to Miranda Kerr until they divorced in 2013. He shares son Flynn, 5, with the Australian model.
