Dating a co-worker is something most people would probably like to do without considering the ripple effect it may generate, the intense environment it will create for those around. However, it is not all workplace date or relationship that work out. I am going to tell you below some things you should ponder over before diving into that co-worker relationship. I am not advising you really that it is a bad idea with these tips but I am giving you these tips so that you will prepare yourself for what you are going into.

Besides, it is very good to withdraw from beginning a relationship with a person who is working for you. Chances are there that the individual in the seat of power will begin to give special attention to his/her companion (even if it’s subliminal), and the other workers may start to resent you.
