Chris Brown has endured so many custody battles partaining to his daughter, but now it looks as if it might be over.
The singer and Nia Guzman resolved their child custody dispute in court, with the judge maintaining joint custody for the couple.
His baby mamma wanted full custody of 2-year-old Royalty, monitored visitation for Breezy, and she even wanted to deny Chris’s mom the right to see her grandchild, sources told TMZ.
She also wanted the 27-year-old to submit drug tests, but none of her wishes were granted. In fact, the judge ordered Nia pay back the “Next To You” singer for all his legal fees.
Since the judge granted joint custody, Chris will be able to see his baby girl 12 days a month.
The 33-year-old is getting $2,500 per month in child support but wanted close to $16,000. Since losing badly in court, she has dismissed her petition.
The former couple had their daughter in May 2014, but it wasn’t until March 2015 the news broke about his first child.
