Katt Williams' violent actions may soon catch up with him.
The comedian is involved in yet another scandal involving his fists, but this time he might be going to jail for quite a stretch.
In July, Katt was detained by police for assaulting a waitress at Sportsmen's Lodge restaurant in California.
The waitress claimed the 44-year-old actor had attacked her — and she had the injuries to prove it.
At the time of his arrest, Katt posted his $20,000 bail and was set free, but now the L.A. City Attorney's office is charging him with misdemeanor battery, TMZ reports.
If convicted, the funny man could face up to 6 months in jail — where he won’t be doing much laughing.
Katt has yet to comment on the charge, but it looks as though his troublemaker ways have finally caught up to him.
