Kim Kardashian and her sisters Khloe and Kourtney have managed to keep their millions safe after winning a lengthy legal battle.

The trio have been caught up in a drawn out lawsuit against Haven Beauty, who they accused of using their likeness to promote a cosmetic line without gaining their permission.
Despite Haven Beauty suing the sisters first, Kim, Khloe and Kourtney filed their own lawsuit which sat much more favourably with a judge.
A judge agreed with the reality stars' claims and ordered Haven to no longer use images of the famous siblings to promote their products, according to TMZ.

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney first got into bed with Haven Beauty in 2012 after the company invested $10million to save the sisters' cosmetic line, Kardashian Beauty, after their original investor Boldface collapsed.
But Haven soon filed a lawsuit shortly after accusing them of not following the terms of their contract by not posting about Kardashian Beauty on their social media accounts.
The company demanded that the Kardashians pay back the $10million they invested as well as $180million for lost revenue and other damages.
But in July, Haven Beauty - owned by Hillair Capital - launched new Kardashian Beauty products and began selling them without the sisters’ approval.

At the time a representative for the Kardashians released a statement in which the sisters blasted the company and claimed they had no involvement in the makeup line.
The statement said: "Over the weekend, new cosmetic products were announced on the Kardashian Beauty cosmetic social media pages with pictures and statements from Kourtney, Kim and Khloe.
"The three Kardashian sisters are not in business with this company."
TMZ claims there are still legal issues to settle between the two parties.
