See Nicole Kidman Emotional Reunion With Her Estranged Daughter

Better late than never, right?
After missing her wedding, Nicole Kidman enjoyed an "emotional" reunion with her daughter, Bella, while also meeting her husband, Max Parker, for the first time.
The 49-year-old actress has reportedly met up with the 23-year-old make-up artist in the UK and provided her husband — who she married in a secret ceremony in London last September — her seal of approval.

A source told Australia's Woman's Day magazine, "It was a very emotional moment for all of them, especially Nicole.
"It didn't take long for her to burst into tears, and Bella soon followed.”

Earlier this year, Bella — who, like her brother Connor, 21, was adopted by Nicole and her former husband Tom Cruise — slammed claims she was on bad terms with her famous parents because neither of them had attended her wedding.
She said, "Of course [we talk], they're my parents. Anyone who says otherwise is full of s—t."
Tom claimed he couldn't attend the wedding because of his busy schedule, while it was rumored Nicole — who was in London at the time — wasn't invited because she is labeled a 'suppressive person' by Scientology leaders.

The wedding went on without the superstars  in attendance, but emotions have been high since.
"Nic has been trying to build bridges with Bella since the start of the year,” the source added.
"Nicole took an instant liking to Max and could see that he and Bella get on really well."

Max — who isn't a Scientologist but confirmed his wife still is — admitted he was upset the Mission: Impossible star wasn't there to give his daughter away on their wedding day.
When asked if he was bothered, he said, "Yeah. It is what it is."

Despite Nicole and Tom's combined wealth of around $600 million, Bella and Max have rejected financial support and live in a modest one-bedroom house.
Max — who is an IT Specialist — insisted, "I'm still a regular guy."
Asked if Bella's detached herself from the fame and fortune side of her life, he added, "Yeah, you could say that. It's more [of a] weird [situation] for everyone else."
Meanwhile, Max's parents, Beverly and Lester Parker, also missed the wedding as they feared it would be a "media circus."
Beverly stated, "We didn't go but we knew all about it. We stayed away, we didn't want the media circus.
"The pair of them are lovely, I'm very pleased for them both and they're very happy."
Asked if she wanted to meet her daughter-in-law’s famous parents, she said, "No, no, there's no need for that.
"At the end of the day they're just people aren't they?"
