Adele has a robust relationship with her fans and therefore she hate to disappoint them.
Adele had to send her love to Phoenix, since she wasn’t able to perform.
The “Rolling in the Deep” hitmaker was supposed to play a show in the Arizona city yesterday, August 17, but canceled last-minute due to health concerns.
At least the Brit superstar apologized with a perfect, makeup-free video.
"Hello everyone, specifically everyone in Phoenix and Arizona,” the 28-year-old said, clearly under the weather.
"I can't do my show tonight, my second show here,” she continued. “I'm really, really sorry.
“I've had a cold for a couple days, and I've been pushing through it and I did my show last night and I loved it, but I pushed too hard. And my cold has gotten the better of me.”
Adele revealed she had been trying to warm up all day, but “nothing was happening.”
The mom of one even made a good point, explaining, "As you can hear, even if I did the show, it wouldn't be very good.”
At least the Grammy winner’s Southwest fans can expect a good show on the rescheduled date, Monday, November 21.
“I will come back and I will smash it for you,” she swore. “I'm really, really sorry, have a wonderful evening without me."
Adele’s next performance is at L.A.’s Staples Center on Saturday, August 20. Fingers crossed she’s back in good health by then!
