Remember that $20 million estate Kim Kardashian and Kanye West bought in 2014? Well, it’s still being remodeled and reportedly costing millions because West can’t decide what he wants.
A previous listing on Zillow.com states the three-acre estate, formerly owned by Elvis Presley’s daughter Lisa Marie Presley, boasts two pools, two spas and a vineyard and also features a gourmet kitchen, eight bedrooms, separate his and hers bathrooms for the master suite, a sprawling gym, an indoor movie theater and eight fireplaces.
According to TMZ, the renovations on the L.A. home has ballooned to $10 million. Sources told TMZ the rapper would ask contractors to do something, but then balk at the finished product and make them rip it up and do something different.
The website also said Kim is paying for the renovations, which she complained about last April in the final episode of sister Khloé Kardashian’s talk show, so it is causing some tension. Kardashian and West have yet to spend even one night there.
This is just adding to the mounting stress in the couple’s lives. Kim is still recovering from being robbed at gunpoint in Paris in October, while West remains hospitalized for “temporary psychosis” due to sleep deprivation and dehydration.
