Jennifer Lopez's 8-year-old twins, Max and Emme, are adorable AF. They certainly hit the genetic lottery with Lopez as their mother and Marc Anthony as their father. Even with all of those good genes, though, we didn't expect Emme to become a literal carbon copy of Lopez. But that's what happened. Emme is her mother's living twin, and a recent selfie they took together proves it.
On Wednesday (September 28), Lopez uploaded a selfie of herself and Emme to Instagram, and the resemblance is truly uncanny. "Me and this beautiful princess #Emme #coconuts #moments #LOVE," Lopez captioned the picture, below.
The eyes! The hair! The eyebrows! Lopez and Emme rival Reese Witherspoon and her daughter, Ava, in the #twinning department.
Lopez opened up about her twins in a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly. "I had given birth and the kids honestly just gave me a new direction," she said. "They just made me realize ... what was real and what wasn't real. They just changed everything."
We're so excited to watch Emme grow up and morph even more into her superstar mother. Fingers crossed Emme becomes an actress and recreates Lopez's seminal 2002 classic, Enough. (But stay away from Gigli. We didn't even need that the first time.)
