Blac Chyna Defended By Her Mom Over Kardashians Legal Battle

Mama’s got your back! Blac Chyna’s mom, Tokyo Toni, defended her daughter in a post to Instagram on Friday, December 9, amid Chyna’s ongoing legal battle with the Kardashian clan over trademarking her name.

"Blacchyna has my support 110% no matter what! You can’t you just can't stop what God has plans for," the outspoken businesswoman wrote on Instagram Friday. "Ps People need to relax it's enough shine money Tv airtime play selfie sticks and camera footage for everyone! Sharing is caring but hold up didn't they watch Mr. Rogers neighborhood! She grown but I am still her momma and I will go all the way in for mine.”
Chyna, 28, is currently embroiled in a legal tussle with KimKourtney and Khloé Kardashian after the three sisters’ companies filed documents to block their future sister-in-law from trademarking her married name, Angela Renee Kardashian.

The papers, revealed on Thursday, December 8, state that the Kardashians’ companies would “suffer irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill if the opposed mark is allowed to register.”
An insider previously told IPRESSTV  that the reality stars hope to settle the situation peacefully. “Chyna filing and using their last name takes some time and discussion,” the source told IPRESSTV. “They are hoping to resolve it amicably, the girls, because they do love Chyna. The girls are just protecting their interests because that is their brand. It’s a complicated business issue.”
Chyna has yet to publicly address the filings, though she did post a series of sexy images to her Instagram account amid the filing. She and fiancé Rob Kardashian are planning to tie the knot soon, and welcomed their first child together, daughter Dream, on Thursday, November 10.
