Lamar Odom And Khloe Kardashian's Divorce Will Soon Be Finalized

It's (almost) over! Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom's divorce was finalized by a Los Angeles judge on Friday, December 9, according to court documents obtained by CNN. The former couple, who married in September 2009, will legally be single on Saturday, December 17.

The court documents state that both Kardashian, 32, and Odom, 37, waived spousal support. The divorce agreement also states that the former pair's joint production company, Khlomar, will be dissolved.

Due to a prenuptial agreement, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star will keep her interest in the DASH clothing boutique she founded in 2006 with sisters Kim and Kourtney Kardashian, according to TMZ. The retired basketball pro, meanwhile, will keep his 401(k) plan from the NBA.

"They're relieved it's over and ready to move on with their lives," a source previously told Us Weekly of the couple's divorce.

As fans know, the reality stars' separation has been an ongoing process for years. Kardashian first filed for divorce after four years of marriage in December 2013. She later withdrew the papers to serve as Odom's caretaker following his near-fatal October 2015 overdose at a Nevada brothel. In May, the Strong Looks Better Naked author filed for divorce a second timeafter the former Los Angeles Lakers forward made a full recovery, in part at a rental home near her mansion in Calabasas, California.

"I want Lamar to be happy with Lamar again," Kardashian, who is now dating Cleveland Cavaliers star Tristan Thompson, said on her short-lived talk show, Kocktails With Khloé, in March. "I want Lamar to fall in love with his life one more time."
