Honey

1. Put 1 tablespoons of dried horsetail and 1 teaspoon of dried dandelion in a mug
2. Boil 1 cup of water
3. Pour over the herbs.
4. Steep for 10 minutes.
5. Covered before straining and drinking.
Note:
Drink twice daily, adding honey to taste.
