Ashanti calls 50 Cent a 'bully' for dissing her on social media

Ashanti is not one to back down, as she is giving 50 Cent a taste of his own medicine right after he took to social media and dissed her quite hard recently. She called him a social media bully and used one of his not-so-fond nicknames to shut him down.

When it was earlier announced that Ashanti's college campus show got canceled, the rapper, in a now-deleted Instagram post wrote that she should "do Basement parties, then it can still feel like it’s lit". The singer recently responded to his comment calling him a bully and revealed the obvious reason as to why the concert got canceled.

"Officer Curtis better cut it out," she can be seen laughing while being interviewed by TMZ. "I mean it’s obvious [the concert was canceled]… it was a lack of promotion. The school put out a statement to clarify it was a lack of promotion and, you know, they shouldn’t have never did it. So, you know, no hard feelings. Thank-you so much – Curtis is definitely a bully."

This is not the first time though. This year alone, the rapper was called out more than once for going around trolling online. But at times his snarky comments have not put him in any trouble so far. According to Vibe, reports recently claim that he has landed a $150 million, multi-series deal with Starz.

"I am excited to announce that we’ve made that partnership between myself, G-Unit Film & Television and Starz/Lionsgate and we will continue our proven track record of breaking records and delivering unique content for audiences around the world," he had said in a statement.

'Power' star Rotimi Akinosho promises his new music is going to "blow people away"

If you’re a fan of Starz’s ‘Power,’ you already know Rotimi Akinosho as the hate-inducing Dre. However, he is going to confuse your emotions with his new music, later this year. He is waiting for the end of the year to release the album, this time sans a 50 Cent collaboration, because he did not want fans to be distracted by ‘Power’ or vice versa.
“I wanted to take my time this time around, because I wanted people to really enjoy 'Power' for what it is, without any interruptions and kind of sell the product in its own time. It's two different things and I wanted people to enjoy even though I know the height of the attention is now,” he told IPRESSTV.

The upcoming music, which Akinosho claimed is a mixture of Afro beats and R&B mixed with pop, promises to be an extremely “unique sound that people are going just to be really struck by.” The multi-talented artist believes in the music enough to know that “a lot of people are going to be surprised, a lot of people are going to be excited and a lot of people are going to be just awakened.” He said, “When they hear this new music, it's going to blow people away.”

Akinosho is excited for that moment and for people to get involved and understand, why he took the time and how it is going to shake the music industry up. In fact, he is a man who truly believes in himself and the abundant gift he possesses. “Before I am done, I really wanna do everything,” he said.
He refuses to put himself in a box and is looking forward to keep doing all that he is capable of, which is "basically everything.” He said, “I feel like god has given me a gift that I can inspire people with comedy, drama, and whatever necessarily need and that's the kind of way I want to continue to be. I don't want to be in just a box.”
Having started acting right after he graduated college, Akinosho said, “I want to direct, I want Grammys, I want Oscars, I want Emmys, you know? I feel like I am capable of doing all of that and I want a lifetime achievement award, I want my life to be remembered for leaving all my talents.” He hopes this legacy would inspire people “to just wanna be better and do better for themselves.” He refuses to look at his career as just entertainment, instead looking at it as an avenue that shows people a better possibility within themselves.

While shooting for season 6 of ‘Power,’ he is developing a couple of TV shows as well. He is in a “creative place” musically and is finally at a place where he knows who he is and what he wants to do specifically. “It’s all coming together,” he added.
Akinosho is definitely on track to becoming an EGOT, with an extremely busy and fruitful time ahead of him.

Eminem Performs With 50 Cent, Dr. Dre and More Stars at Coachella 2018

Guess who's back, back again? Shady's back, with some friends.

Eminem took the stage in Indio, Calif. on Sunday to headline Coachella. The 45-year-old rapper performed alongside several famous faces, including 50 Cent.

Eminem and 50 Cent go way back. Both artists rapped on the soundtrack for 8 Mile, the film inspired by Eminem's life. In fact, Eminem once said 50 Cent's hit from the soundtrack, "Places to Go" made him want to quit rapping.

"Yeah, so that made me want to stop rapping for, like, a long time," he said in a birthday message for the "Candy Shop" artist back in July.

In addition to sharing the stage with 50 Cent, Eminem invited Dr. Dre to perform. Dr. Dre and Eminem also have a long history. The record producer signed Eminem to his label, Aftermath, when the artist was just starting out.

Skylar Grey and Bebe Rexha also took the stage.

Fans event got a taste of Eminem's history by visiting the concession stand. There, they could buy "mom's spaghetti"—a slight nod to a lyric in his song "Lose Yourself."

However, not everyone was happy with Emine's performance. Several fans expressed frustration on Twitter for not being able to find a live stream.

50 CENT SHARES HAUNTING PICTURE ONLINE REPORTEDLY DIRECTED AT RICK ROSS

Rapper 50 Cent took to his Instagram and posted a picture on March 3 that reports are saying is clearly directed at his public enemy, Rick Ross.

The photo is a screen grab of Ivan Drago from "Rocky IV," who was played by Hans "Dolph" Lundgren in the iconic role. The image is at the precise moment in the film where challenger as well as Rocky best friend, Apollo Creed, has been knocked down in a fight and is dying on the mat. Drago stands above the fallen opponent, indifferent, and says, "If he dies, he dies."

Many people online are interpreting this to be exactly that, a shot at Rick, who in a TMZ exclusivently reported story, was rushed to the hospital, and was put on a machine performing heart and lung functions, as he fights for his life.

One user commented on the social media post, and references the bitter rivalry between boxing legends Joe Frazier and Muhammad Ali, writing, "Joe Frazier was laughing at Ali for having Parkinson's and Joe end up leaving before Ali...Sometimes you have to look at life lessons that came before us... That Dark energy a Mf ..."

50 Curtis James Jackson and Ross have a longtime quite bitter feud. The former once posted a sex video of one of the mother's to Ross' child, which took the war to an epic level.

So far, TMZ reports, they have not heard word from Ross' reps.

WATCH: Leah Remini Chats with 50 Cent About Anilingus, DefendING Jennifer Lopez’s Kiss with Marc Anthony,

Leah Remini says that Jennifer Lopez’s on-stage kiss with her ex-husband Marc Anthony at the Latin Grammys does not indicate that they are getting back together anytime soon.

On Thursday’s Watch What Happens Live, Remini insistedthat the kiss had absolutely nothing to do with Anthony’s recent split from his wife Shannon De Lima. “Marc’s separation had happened already clearly way before that,” said Remini. “I thought it was an innocent kiss between two parents and two friends.”

Remini, a longtime friend of Lopez, said that she loves seeing them on stage together. “I love that they still perform,” she added.

From there, the conversation took an unforeseen turn to the topic of anilingus with 50 Cent, WWHL’s other guest of the evening, when Andy Cohen brought up the time that his ex, Vivica Fox, insinuated that he might be gay on Cohen’s show. “I said, ‘Oh no. ’Cause I let her lick my ass, she thinks I’m gay,” 50 Cent recalled.

“That’s the problem. You let someone lick your ass and look what happened,” Remini said to the rapper.

When Cohen asked Remini what she would do if someone asked her to lick their ass, Remini responded, “First of all, I would just say, ‘I don’t do that. There’s no reason for me to lick your ass.’ I don’t like any ass nothing.”

50 Cents Mocks Kanye West For Taking Too Much #EFFENVODKA Amids Kanye Hospitalization

50 Cent is not one to let his lyrics do the talking – thankfully. Instead, the rapper prefers to air his gripes on social media accounts.

This time, Fiddy’s comments are aimed at none other than Kanye West, who was rushed to hospital this morning ‘for his own health and safety’.
After a tumultous few days of cancelling the Pablo tour, slamming Beyonce and supporting Trump, rumours have been circulated – largely by celebrity gossip website TMZ – about Kayne undergoing ‘psychiatric evaluation’.

Apparently the news was enough to make Fiddy laugh out loud as he posted a headline grabbed from TMZ alongside the caption, ‘Damn. What the fuck is going on. #EFFENVODKA LOL’.
Obviously, Kanye fans and people who are opposed to mocking mental illness reacted as expected – with various degrees of sensitivity, anger and sadness.
One man, who may have missed the point directed his anger right back at Fiddy, writing:
You can’t even laugh bro… Wouldn’t nobody care if it happened to ya.

Another said:
It’s so sad to see people judging someone they don’t know and will never know. It’s equally sad to see 50 constantly laughing at people’s pain & misery. Cold world.
Another, in response to the flood of Kardashian-themed comments, wrote:
Ya ignorant fucks… This man had issues way before the Kardashians. His mom passing away pushed him to the edge and guess what?
He’s probably holding all that shit in and, like any normal person, everyone has their braking point… This might be his! Ya should fuck off and have an open mind! We are all humans that make mistakes over and over again!

If you think you’re suffering from déjà vu, I’m afraid you’re mistaken.
This is not the first time 50 Cent has poked fun at mental illness or disability. Earlier this year, he published a video mocking a airport staff member with a disability.
It’s also not the first time Fiddy has promoted his own brand of EFFEN vodka through unsavoury means – at the launch party earlier this year, the rapper was widely criticised for simulating a sex act with a statue… As you do.

Whatever your opinion on the divisive force of nature that is Kanye West, mental illness does not discriminate. It can affect anyone – and it’s not to be taken lightly.
Our thoughts are with Yeezy at this difficult time.

50 Cent’s Penis Shown in a Video “Traumatized” His Family

Get rich or die tryin’, right?
50 Cent's family were left "traumatized" after the 41-year-old’s penis was featured in a scene of the television series Power.
The rapper — whose real name is Curtis Jackson -— said, "My aunt sees the show, and she's like, 'I'm traumatized!'
"She texted me like, 'What the f—k? Why didn't you tell me?'"
Perhaps the rapper-turned-actor should have given her a little heads up.
The star was aware his manhood was going to be featured on the show in some capacity, but thought it would hardly be visible.
Speaking on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, he said, "I knew it was there, but in the original clips, it was darker. It wasn't .... like a life-sized version.”

50 clarified he did have a conversation with the show’s producer — Courtney Kemp Agboh — before filming.
"It wasn't like, an accident. Courtney was like, 'I didn't want to show it to you in the beginning because I didn't think you needed to see it at that point ... You just gotta take one for the team.' "
The emcee’s comments come after he went on a social media rampage following the airing of the episode, posting, "Courtney I'm a kill you, this is not funny [sic].”
Perhaps the Biebs — or his Dad — will weigh in on the situation soon. Now that would be funny.
