Josh Murray Involves The Police Over His Ex-Fiancee Amanda Stanton- What Actually Happened?

Josh Murray called the police on his ex-fiancĂ©e Amanda Stanton, IPRESSTV can confirm. According to the Irvine Police PIO, a “keep the peace” call was initiated on March 20 by Murray and his personal assistant, Hayley Watts.

“It was an incident where it was a dispute over a car and perhaps some items in the car. It basically resolved itself,” the Irvine Police PIO told IPRESSTV. “No arrests were made. There was no criminal activity of any sort.”

Watts added to IPRESSTV of the situation: “I was there with a police officer trying to make a peaceful exchange trying to receive the [car] keys from Amanda.”Amanda Stanton and Josh Murray arrive at 102.7 KIIS FM's Jingle Ball 2016 at the Staples Center on December 2, 2016 in Los Angeles, California. In Touch was first to report the story and reported that Murray had been asking Stanton to give him $30,000 to pay off the Audi Q5 he bought for her back in October. “Amanda told Josh she wanted to work out the car situation when she got back from vacation,” a source told the site. “But instead of waiting any longer, he called the police the day she got home.”

Stanton tells IPRESSTV  that although she didn’t need a new car from Murray, after he requested $30,000 from her, she offered to take over the car payments. “He wanted to go to the DMV the next day, but I was going out of town and [told him] we could handle when I got back. He said ‘OK’ and we were going to handle it on Tuesday,” Stanton explained to IPRESSTV. “I got home on Monday night and was cooking dinner for my daughters when there was a knock at the door and it was the police.”

Stanton, who told IIPRESSTV that she immediately gave the police the keys, added that she called Murray asking why he’d call the police and shared that she would have just simply returned the car.

“I was very cooperative and gave them the keys right away. I got a new car the next day,” Stanton added. “If anything, it was just weird that he called the police when he didn’t have to. We don’t talk anymore. I don’t know why this had to happen. I thought once we cut our ties and he had his car back we’d be done with each other.”

Stanton and Murray got engaged during the September 2016 season 3 finale of Bachelor in Paradise. The pair called it quits on their engagement this past December. A source told IPRESSTV that the reality TV stars ended things after getting into a fight at KIIS FM’s Jingle Ball.

“I know Josh had been unhappy with things for a while now but was holding on because he loves the kids,” a source told IPRESSTV at the time, referring to Stanton's daughters Kinsley, 4, and Charlie, 3. “But they're done now.”

As Bachelor nation fans are well aware, Murray was previously engaged to Andi Dorfman.

Here is Why Amanda Stanton Splits From Josh Murray

They'll always have ParadiseAmanda Stanton confirmed to IPRESSTV on Monday, January 2, that she and Josh Murray have split.

"We did break up. It's been kind of a weird situation because we broke up and we didn't release a statement, obviously, so I think people have been kind of going crazy wondering if we're together or if we're not and we're not," she told IPRESSTV at Nick Viall's season 21 premiere of The Bachelor.
"It wasn't something that I was trying to hide," she continued. "I just didn't know what the right time was to say something or really what to say about it. I think it's good to kind of set the record straight. Hopefully everyone can know the truth now."
Indeed, rumors about her relationship with Murray have been swirling for weeks. Multiple sources confirmed the split to IPRESSTV in December. "He was unhappy," a pal said of the breakup. "He held on because he loves the kids."
Another insider said they reached their breaking point after a fight at KIIS FM's Jingle Ball in December. "Josh accused her of lying about drinking on a girls' trip," the source said. "He left her there alone."
The ex-baseball player, 32, who first looked for love on Andi Dorfman's season of The Bachelorette, proposed to Stanton, 26, on the September season 3 finale of Bachelor in Paradise. He moved to California to live with her and her daughters, Kinsley and Charlie, not long after.
Since the split, Murray has returned to his hometown of Atlanta. He and Stanton were spotted there just after Christmas.

Amanda Stanton And Her Ex Back In Court Over Child's Custody

Amanda Stanton found love on Bachelor in Paradise and is now engaged to Josh Murray. That being said, Amanda is now in for the fight of her life as her ex is fighting her over custody of her two daughters and the amount of child support that he is paying. Radar Onlineshared what her ex-husband, Nick Buonfiglio, filed in court just four days ago. Whatever the outcome, this is going to be hard on Amanda Stanton. Nick feels like the new lifestyle that Amanda is living is causing harm to her children.

Amanda was on The Bachelor with Ben Higgins where her daughters came and met Ben and were seen on camera. She was also on Bachelor in Paradise where she fell in love with Josh Murray and got engaged. The girls were not on this show at all, but they were at home with her ex instead. The court dockets say that Amanda Stanton has “been scrutinized for how she has acted by hundreds of thousands of fans, and it has put my daughters in tons of media attention, which I believe is causing harm.” It is very obvious that he is not happy.
Nick also revealed that now Amanda Stanton makes between $20,000 and $30,000 a month. He said that she is paid $5,000 just to post on social networks. When they figured the child support the first time, she only made $100 a month. This means that her income is a lot higher than when child support was originally figured for them. He pays her $2,000 a month. Nick says that Amanda is supposed to have the kids 65 percent of the time, but that hasn’t been the case lately either according to him.
So why take Amanda Stanton to court and not just work it out? Nick said, “She said, ‘Take me to court if you want more time.’ Which I am doing.” It sounds like this is the only way that the custody and child support will change. They will go to mediation on September 30, and then if they don’t figure it out Amanda and Nick will go to court on October 13.

This isn’t the first time Nick has admitted he isn’t okay with his child support situation. After Bachelor in Paradisefilmed, Nick spoke out on his Facebook page about it and the Ipresstv shared the details then. Nick said, “So your our kids mom is gone all month and kids are with you majority of the month, and she still requests child support? I’m sorry, its not called adult support.” Nick had the kids while Amanda Stanton was gone and he wasn’t afraid to share his thoughts on it. In the comments he also said, “When she leaves on her own will to go film for a reality television show for an entire month, that’s not my problem to take care of her apartment. Just in my opinion.”
Bustle shared that Amanda Stanton and Josh Murray are living together in California. He left Atlanta and moved out there to be with her. If they were to ever want to move to Atlanta and take the girls, then Josh and Amanda would have another custody fight on their hands. It doesn’t look like Nick is going to stop fighting when it comes to what he thinks is right for his daughters. It will be very interesting to see how this all turns out in the end for Amanda and the girls.
Are you shocked that Amanda Stanton’s ex Nick Buonfiglio is fighting her for custody of their two daughters? Do you think that Amanda being on reality television has hurt her daughters? Sound off in the comments section below on your thoughts, and don’t miss The Bachelor when it starts back in January and Nick Viall tries to find love.
