Fashion Faux Pas! Meghan Markle Left the Tag on Her $500 Dress

Meghan Markle had minor wardrobe malfunction after she arrived in Tonga with Prince HarryThursday morning (local time). Princess Angelika Latufuipeka welcomed the couple, who are expecting their first child in the spring of 2019, at the Fua'amotu Airport. The Duchess of Sussex, 37, looked red hot in her red Self-Portrait dress—the shame shade as the Tongan flag.

There was just one problem: Meghan accidentally left the tag on the bottom of her dress! Of course, it included a standard line: "Returns will only be accepted if this tag remains attached."

Meghan modified its pleated skirt to show more of her legs, as opposed to the full-length fit and flare version shown on the fashion label's website. The look retails for £400 ($515.89 U.S.). It was a rare fashion faux pas for Meghan, whose impeccable and thoughtful style has been on parade since the couple's 16-day royal tour of Australia and the South Pacific kicked off Oct. 16.

In spite of the duchess' style slip-up, the dress is now sold-out at Harrods.

Meghan completed her bold look with Manolo Blahnik BB Pumps and a Christian Dior clutch.

The duchess, who had taken a 90-minute flight from Fiji, didn't seem fazed by her minor mishap, smiling as she and Harry, 34, walked the red carpet. A red welcome banner was displayed on the tarmac, and locals wearing traditional attire greeted them with a special musical performance.

The couple's tour will conclude Oct. 31 in New Zealand.

Victoria Beckham 'cried for two days' after husband David Beckham called their marriage 'hard work'

Victoria Beckham reportedly cried for two days straight after her husband David Beckham described their marriage as 'hard work'. The 44-year-old former Spice Girl was very upset that he had embarrassed her.

As reported by the Sun, sources shared that Victoria was 'embarrassed' and 'absolutely devastated' that David was so insensitive. According to a friend, she was 'in pieces' after hearing the interview. "When Victoria was given the heads-up on Wednesday about David’s interview, she was absolutely devastated," a source shared.

"She has no idea why he would say such insensitive things and publicly embarrass her like this. As you can imagine, it was as if a nuclear bomb had gone off in the Beckham household when she found out. She was in pieces and spent the next two days crying. To say it’s not been the best of weeks is an understatement," the source added.
Just before the insider spoke about Victoria's emotional state, the mother-of-four revealed that she had decided to check into a German retreat just two days after her husband's interview.
She took to her social media to share a picture of herself in workout clothes. She was seen sporting a black vest top, a pair of matching leggings, and white trainers along with a Reebok baseball cap. Alongside the picture, she wrote, "Amazing experience at @villastephaniebadenbaden spa in Baden-Baden x #Wellness". She also shared a picture of the amazing view on her Instagram story and wrote, "Beautiful day in Baden-Baden".

David has been married to Victoria for around 19 years and, while appearing on the Australian TV show 'The Sunday Project', he said, "I think marriage is always hard work, your children, they want your time and they deserve your time. And difficult situations like being away from each other. You make it work".
"I've grown to ignore the negative stuff. I think, if you know each other, you know you have great friends, a great family behind you. The thing we have to do is protect our children," he added. The couple started dating in the year 1997 and have four children together, 19-year-old Brooklyn, 16-year-old Romeo, 13-year-old Cruz, and seven-year-old Harper.
The Beckham family appeared on the cover of the October issue of fashion bible Vogue. In the stylish images featured on the issue, the family shows off their individuality making a fashion statement as they pose in an open field.
A body language expert, however, has analyzed that there is a secret in Victoria's reserved smile about what actually goes on behind closed doors at the Beckham household.
Judi James has claimed that the matriarch looks very distant in the pictures and this makes her seem almost like a ghost to the extent that even the family dog looks like it's ignoring her. She said that Victoria only reveals her sexier side when she's in pictures that don't feature her husband.

James told Mirror Online: "The key shot is all about family with Victoria taking the central role showing that she is very much the tie that binds in the unit. David is oddly missing but his place, in traditional family grouping terms, seems to have been taken by Victoria's eldest son."

She added: "There appears to be a rather large body language disconnect in the pic of the family playing where David makes an appearance. Victoria's presence looks rather ghostly in this one. She reclines on the ground with a distant eye gaze while the kids play around her and even the dog seems to ignore her."

"David mirrors her pose but they lie apart with heads at either end while David, rather awkwardly, joins in the fun by laughing. Victoria seems more reflective and detached from him in the scene. Her solo shots suggest a desire to relaunch as a sexual woman with a sense of humor, clad in cat suits, etc. But this sexual playful side, plus her maternal body language traits do seem oddly missing when her husband joins the pose."

Kim Kardashian Tries to Make Socks with Sandals Happen: Do You Approve?

Another day, another Kardashian-curated outfit to add to your summer wardrobe. Or maybe not. Kim Kardashian West is here to show you where she lands on the socks with sandals debate: unsurprising she’s all for the polarizing trend.
Kardashian West stepped out with her sisters on Thursday in Los Angeles wearing an outfit similar to the rest of her go-to summer looks. She styled a black half-zip windbreaker paired with black 2XU bike shorts (her go-to bottom). But instead of heels or Yeezy sneakers, which she’d typically choose, the 37-year-old mom wore a pair of cushion-like Yeezy Season 6 slide sandals paired with an unexpected accessory: thick hiking socks. (KKW never lets the summer heat in California get in the way of a good season-pushing ensemble.)
To top off her athletic look, she wore her hair in a sky-high, waist-length ponytail and neutral makeup.

The media mogul has been on a Yeezy streak all summer, as she continues to be a walking billboard for her husband Kanye West’s line.
But she wasn’t alone in her sock-wearing outing. Kourtney and Khloé both joined their sister, with Kourtney in a lime green cropped tank, leather shorts, a small black and neon Louis Vuitton handbag and black sandals, all of which she showed off on Instagram.

Seems Rihanna Just Is Teasing New Fenty Beauty Eyeshadow and Lipstick

Every beauty product Rihanna touches turns to gold—or at least sells out, fast. Since its launch in September 2017, Fenty Beauty has been dominating the makeup industry with every launch generating more excitement than the last. In late December, Rih blessed us all with her 14-shade Mattemoiselle lipstick range. Now, it looks like her next drop may involve even more lipstick and colorful eyeshadow.

As first noted by Allure, makeup artist Priscilla Ono gave exact details about Rihanna's first beauty look worn at the Grammys, but not her second which featured metallic bronze lipstick and violet eyeshadow. She simply wrote, "Full performance makeup by #FentyBeauty." Even in a press release sent to us about products used on Rihanna, Ono detailed all the goods used except the vibrant hues on her lids and lips. Fans definitely took notice too.
"What is that purple?!" user @tinamattiartistry commented. "Can't wait for that eyeshadow to drop... 👀," @larrieeee wrote. "What eyeshadow and lipstick 👀👀💄👁," @endlessbeauty.xo asked.
Fenty Beauty dropped an eyeshadow palette as part of its limited-edition holiday collection. But, it doesn't have any part of its permanent offerings. Likewise with the lipstick—there are matte lipsticks, Fenty Stunna Lip Paint, and some glittery lipsticks from the holiday drop, but nothing with a metallic finish yet.
Rihanna has been known to tease new products coming by wearing them a few weeks or days before dropping. She posted this paparazzi shot of herself in Fenty Beauty Stunna Lip Paint on October 20, then announced its launch on November 9.
Before announcing Mattemoiselle's launch on December 12, she posted this selfie wearing one of the lipsticks on December 8.
Needless to say, keep close tabs on Rihanna's feed...something big is probably coming.

BLACK IS BEAUTIFUL: People Cannot Tell If This Fenty Model Is Real Or Fake. CAN YOU?

We've become so accustomed to filters and false realities on Instagram that it can become difficult to tell what's even real anymore. We'd like to think we still have a firm grip on reality, but an Instagram model named Shudu has just thrown our entire universe for a loop.
Shudu is an Instagram model with flawless dark skin. Her feed is scattered with various editorial images accompanied by #melanin hashtags. She even was reposted on Fenty Beauty's Instagram account, wearing the lipstick shade Saw-C. Her beauty is so striking and unfathomably perfect that you almost don't want to believe it's real. The thing is, it's not—she's 100 percent CGI.

"Basically Shudu is my creation, she’s my art piece that I am working on at moment," London-based photographer Cameron-James Wilson told BAZAAR.com. "She is not a real model unfortunately, but she represents a lot of the real models of today. There’s a big kind of movement with dark skin models, so she represents them and is inspired by them."
Wilson was hesitant to confirm or deny Shudu's existence when we spoke with him on the phone this morning. After all, half the fun of creating art this life-like is to make the viewer reconsider their definition of reality. Her intent is not to fool or trick anyone, he says, but rather to be a beacon of inspiring beauty and creativity.
"I use a 3D modeling program. It’s like virtual photography, so once I create her, I can kind of pose her in certain ways," Wilson explained. "I am a photographer anyway, so it’s just a way of exploring my creativity when I’m not shooting." A single image, like the one seen on Fenty's Instagram, takes several days to create.
Shudu's striking beauty was actually inspired by a Barbie doll, called Princess of South Africa. "Obviously some models like Duckie were definitely big inspirations for her as well," revealed the photographer, who has also shot models like Gigi Hadid and Devon Windsor. It's worth noting that Fenty Beauty, who worked with Duckie on the brand's launch, only reposted the image of Shudu. We reached out for comment about whether or not they know about the model's computer-generated image.
The technology is undeniably cool, but does Wilson feel any heat for creating a black model versus just shooting with a real one? "As a photographer, I work with lots of different people all the time, real people that have inspired her. At the end of the day, it's a way for me to express my creativity—it’s not trying to replace anyone. It's only trying to add to the kind of movement that's out there," he clarified. "It's meant to be beautiful art which empowers people. It’s not trying to take away an opportunity from anyone or replace anyone. She’s trying to complement those people."
Only a handful of people have turned his work into something negative, while most understand his intention, he said. "I am just a creative person, and to me she is what the most beautiful woman in the world would look like."
Shudu isn't the only computer-generated model on Instagram. Miquela, known as @LilMiquela, has 560,000+ followers who follow along as she models new clothes, takes selfies, and sells merch.
In an era where Facetuning and digitally-altered photos are the norm across social platforms, Wilson said he's simply bringing fantasy to reality.
"We live in such a filtered world now, where real is becoming fake. I wanted to create something that is fantasy toward becoming more real, and bringing it completely the other way."

Michaela Coel DEsign and Made Her Own Dress in Less Than 2 Hours for the 'Black Panther' Premiere

On Thursday night celebrities gathered in London for yet another (incredibly stylish) premiere for Marvel's Black Panther. Among those well-dressed stars was Michaela Coel, who created, writes, and stars in the Netflix show Chewing Gum and stole the show in the Star Trek–inspired "USS Callister" episode of Black Mirror. While walking the red carpet, Coel wore a backless gown in a vibrant red and blue print with halter straps, accessorizing with a gold pendant necklace, a gold bangle on her upper arm, and black ankle boots.
You may have thought, and understandably so, that the British actress's one-of-a-kind dress was created by some under-the-radar U.K. designer, but you'd be wrong—unless you consider Coel to be an under-the-radar U.K. designer. On Friday Coel revealed on Twitter that, in fact, she had made the dress herself in less than two hours. Casual.

"Last minute invite to WAKANDA, had 2hrs to ready myself. I had bought two of the same skirt from auntie who has the stall outside the pharmacy in Accra mall. I cut one skirt to make it into a top and sew da ting together into a dress. Resourceful b*tch," she tweeted, along with two pictures of her absolutely slaying the red carpet. Coel followed up this mind-blowing tweet with a video of her standing next to Black Panther star Lupita Nyong'o. "Cute, I know," she captioned the clip, in which she poses for a picture with Nyong'o.

As BuzzFeed points out, Coel's probably learned a little something about handmade red-carpet-ready gowns from her mother. In 2016 she shared a photo on Instagram from the British Academy Television Awards, where she wore another brightly patterned halter-neck gown with a long train. "Thank you Mummy. She's actually a nurse, and occasionally does the clothes thing as a hobby...don't think she was quite ready for the amount of love for the dress 😂" Coel captioned the picture. After the same event last year, she shared another photo of her wearing a hot pink A-line minidress on the red carpet. "Thank you Mummy for making my dress," she wrote.
