Sia Is Filing For Divorce After Two Years Of Marriage

It’s over. Sia has filed for divorce from her husband, Erik Lang, TMZ reports. The “Chandelier” singer filed the documents in Los Angeles and cited irreconcilable differences.

The exes, who tied the knot in August 2014, announced their split in a joint statement to IPRESSTV earlier this month.

“After much soul searching and consideration we have made the decision to separate as a couple,” the pair said in a statement through their rep on December 7. “We are, however, dedicated to remaining friends. There will be no further comment.”
Sia, 41, and the film producer don’t have any kids.
The estranged spouses were überprivate about their relationship. The Grammy winner didn’t confirm she was married until eight months after they wed at her Palm Springs, California, home. During an April 2015 interview with Australia’s Nova 69.6 radio, the singer-songwriter said “thanks” when asked about their nuptials, publicly confirming the news.

Sia's Latest Music Video Is a Tribute to the Orlando Massacre Victims (video)

There's a lot more to Sia's latest music video than first meets the eye.
After releasing her new song "The Greatest" with Kendrick Lamar on Monday, the singer released an accompanying music video starring her favorite dancer, Maddie Ziegler — and this time, the 13-year-old had backup.

Featuring 49 dancers in total, "The Greatest" is reportedly a tribute to the 49 victims of the horrific Orlando shooting at Pulse nightclub earlier this summer. In the beginning of the video, the text "#WeAreYourChildren" flashes on the screen before Maddie uses her fingers to paint rainbows on her face. What follows is five minutes of gorgeous and emotional dancing, including a heartbreaking ending where all 49 dancers appear to shake in place before falling to the ground, revealing a wall with bullet holes in it.
According to Billboardfeatured dancer Matt Moseley confirmed the video's message on Instagram on Monday night, posting a screenshot of "The Greatest" along with a caption divulging its true message.
"Humbled to be a part of this video," he wrote. "49 beautiful lives lost. This is for you."
