Britney Spears is bringing all her Glory to the 2016 MTV VMAs.
The veteran pop star — and apparently that iconic python — will perform at the network’s award show on Sunday, August 28.
Brit Brit made the big announcement with a video starring a doppelganger of her slithering pal from the 2001 VMAs, a glimpse of her “Oops I Did It Again” catsuit, and the wedding dress she wore to perform in 2003.
“The VMAs don’t just give you a stage, they give you a story,” the 34-year-old says. “Some way of taking a fraction of a second and making it live forever.”
“Before you know it, it’s history. Before you know it, it’s Britney, bitch.”
The mom of two hasn’t appeared at the VMAs since her, um, disappointing “Gimme More” performance in 2007, which was during the low point of Britney’s career.
But now the sky’s the limit for the “Work B**tch” singer, who will perform new single “Make Me” with rapper G-Eazy at the 2016 VMAs.
While her comeback will definitely be one of the show’s biggest draws, take a look below for the other rumored can’t-miss moments.
Beyoncé
Queen Bey, 34, slayed the entire world with her visual album Lemonade, so it's no surprise MTV is dying to get her to perform at the VMAs. Twitter is buzzing after a Beyoncé fan account claimed "a rock solid source at MTV... confirm[ed] Beyoncé is attending and performing at the 2016 MTV VMAs!"
We'll believe it — and pass out — when we see it.
Rihanna
The “Needed Me” singer will take home the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, after collaborator Kanye West won the lifetime achievement award last year.
Fingers crossed RiRi, who’s just 28, will also announce her bid for political office.
Lady Gaga
It’s rumored Mother Monster will also make her return to the VMAs stage after her last performance in 2013.
Gaga, 30, will open the show with her upcoming song, “Chaos Angel,” IBTimes.com speculates. But, her next single is actually titled “Perfect Illusion.”
Notes from production company 22 Degrees listing the AHS alum as the first performer of the night have reportedly leaked. Gaga hasn’t commented on the gossip.
Nick Jonas
The “Close” hunk might be the most gracious guy in the biz. After revealing he was “disappointed” over being shutout of all 2016 VMA nominations, the 23-year-old will still perform during the telecast!
Get ready to see Nick belt out “Bacon” with Ty Dolla $ign.
Maybe this is just wishful thinking, but fans are hoping Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez’s Instagram feud is just a pre-VMAs publicity stunt.
It wouldn’t be the first time a social media argument turned into a jaw-dropping reconciliation at the show.
The 2016 MTV VMAs will air live on Sunday, August 28, at 9 p.m. ET on MTV.
