The Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star is calling estranged “husband” Stevie J.’s bluff, demanding he provide a blood sample to prove he's the father of her unborn child.
Since Joseline’s shocking preggo announcement earlier this summer, the Bad Boy Records producer has continuously insinuated he is not the father of his former love’s baby.
Following their separation earlier this year, Stevie attempted to distance himself from Joseline and is no longer supporting her emotionally or financially through her pregnancy, according to Bossip.
He most recently filed an order of protection, which was later dismissed, in an attempt to stop her from spreading lies about him.
Despite rumors she's been traipsing around town with several different rappers including The Game, Rick Ross, and Young Dro, the Puerto Rican princess has consistently maintained Steebie's paternity.
Joseline’s lawyer, Tony Mathis, reveals they are in the process of trying to get Stevie to cooperate with the testing.
“We are trying to get Stevie to take a blood test to see if the baby is his. She’s already taken her test. She’s waiting for him to go down and put his sample in,” said Mathis.
So far, there's been no word of cooperation from the father of five.
Perhaps, someone should call Maury on this one?
We sure hope Joseline & Stevie can work things out for the sake of the baby and wish them the best.
