Jennifer Lawrence thinks she is on a one-sided Friendship with Kim Kardashian

Jennifer Lawrence is a certified Kardashian fangirl. The self-declared reality TV lover seems to have successfully inserted herself into the Kardashian inner circle over the last few years.

In 2015, she joined the family for Kris Jenner's birthday celebration, resulting in this amazing Instagram moment:

And in 2017, Jennifer filled in for Jimmy Kimmel and interviewed Kim Kardashian on live television:

But, according to Jennifer, the friendship might not be as tight as it appears.

“I don’t know that she’d call me her friend,” she said during an event at The Wing, a co-working and community center for women in New York City. “It’s probably a one-sided friendship.”

She admitted to fangirling hard when she learned she'd be interviewing Kim on live TV and said that, to do her "due diligence," she invited herself to dinner with the whole family. Even though Jen suspects that she likes Kim more than Kim likes her, she has nothing but nice things to say about the whole KarJenner clan.

"They are smart, grounded and normal and funny. They’re very nice people, [they’re] very close, [they have a] loyal bond with one another, which I think is a positive thing to put out into the world," she said. "They’ve been absolutely lovely to me."

The Kardashians aren't the only celebrities Jennifer seems interested in cozying up with. In the latest development in her ongoing public flirtation with Call Me By Your Name star Timothee Chalamet.

"Oh, god... He's too young! I'll wait. I'll wait," she told ET after seeing a clip of Timothee admitting he would be starstruck if he met her. "Oh my god! Wow. Alright, it's on!"

Your move, Timothee.

JENNIFER LAWRENCE Said SHE’S FAN Of THE ‘KARDASHIANS AND KIM PERFECTLY RESPONDED

Jennifer Lawrence didn't need a holiday to recover after filming Mother! because she had a Keeping Up with the Kardashians tent to help cheer her up in-between takes.

The 27-year-old Oscar-winning actress, who has often spoken of her insatiable love for reality TV, was asked by Jimmy Fallon whether she had to take "a huge vacation" after making the intense film.

Lawrence replied: "I've said it before, but I got to such a low point in this film, and going into such a dark place that I eventually had to bring the Kardashians in.

"Not in person, obviously! I had to do this one scene, and I hadn't gone that dark before, I had never done something that horrifying. I started getting scared a couple days before so I was like, I need a tent to keep away from all the extras because I didn't know what I would do.

"It was just a computer that was playing the Kardashians, and had head shots, and it also had notes to me from them, that I had written. I can't share any of them because I don't want to offend anybody, and they're my own personal thoughts..."

And now an excited Kim Kardashian has just shared a Snapchat of herself watching Lawrence's interviews about being huge fans of the Kardashian and Jenner family, and asked her followers: "OMG is this real?!"

Something tells us Lawrence will be receiving real notes from the Kardashian clan by the time she's filming her next film.

Meanwhile the Passengers star—who wore a white Christian Dior bridal-style gown at the premiere of the movie in New York last night—recently revealed she tore her diaphragm during the filming of particularly intense scenes in the Darren Aronofsky film.

Speaking to Variety, Lawrence disclosed: "I've never had to go this dark before. So I just kind of lost control of myself.

"I tore my diaphragm and popped my chest rib out. I don't know if I'd ever work with Darren again [laughs]."

Tucker Carlson Blast Jennifer Lawrence for Linking Trump To Hurricanes Cause

Tucker Carlson had some strong words for actress Jennifer Lawrence, who said Hurricanes Harvey and Irma are “Mother Nature’s rage" and "wrath” for America for electing Donald Trump and not accepting man-made climate change.

"It's been proven through science that climate change is due to human activity," Lawrence said in an interview with British network Channel 4 while promoting her new film "Mother!" "And we continue to ignore it. And the only voice that we really have is through voting.”

She added that it was "really startling" to see Trump win the presidency.

“You know, you’re watching these hurricanes now, and it’s really hard, especially while promoting this movie, not to feel Mother Nature’s rage [and] wrath," Lawrence said.

"Why is it as people get richer and more famous, sometimes they get sillier and more out of touch?" Tucker wondered on his show tonight.

"The Hill" media reporter Joe Concha said Lawrence appears to be suffering from "acute Trump derangement syndrome."

"Apparently side effects include blaming a sitting president for hurricanes hitting the U.S. mainland during hurricane season," Concha said.

Tucker noted that Lawrence received very little blowback from the mainstream media for her comments.

"Here you have one of the most famous actresses in the world on the eve of what looks like a catastrophe using the storm and the impending human suffering to make a really stupid political statement," Tucker said. "You'd think like the press would jump on her."

He concluded that "being a celebrity is bad for your soul."

Jennifer Lawrence Thinks Donald Trump Ignorance Is Behind Hurricanes

Jennifer Lawrence is not holding back. The actress is in the middle of her promotional tour for her new movie mother!, and is using this opportunity to reveal her thoughts on everything from climate change and the gender pay gap, to how she feels about President Donald Trump.

Lawrence, 27, sat down with journalist Jackie Long from Britain’s Channel 4 News for an interview published on Wednesday, September 6, and the Oscar winner was asked about all the devastation happening in the United States and the rest of the world — including natural disasters like Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma.

“You’re watching these hurricanes now, and it’s hard — especially while promoting this movie, not to feel mother nature’s rage and wrath,” she said. “It’s scary. It’s this new language that’s forming — I don’t even recognize. It’s scary to know, it’s been proven through science, that climate change is due to human activity. And we continue to ignore it, and the only voice we have is through voting.”

Long highlighted that not only is mother nature wreaking havoc in the U.S. but there is also a clear political divide in the country currently. Lawrence, who has been vocal about her disdain for Trump in the past, said that finding out he had been elected as president was “startling” for her.

When asked what she thinks about the former Celebrity Apprentice host, 71, the Hunger Games star replied saying, “I don’t find him confusing. I think I know exactly what he is.” She added: “It’s really polarizing and upsetting. I’ve heard things and seen things on TV in my own country that devastate and make me sick. It’s really confusing.”

While making the Darren Aronofsky film has been therapeutic for her, the Passengers star is remaining hopeful, saying, “I have to feel hope. You can’t just fall into despair.”

Lawrence wrote a passionate op-ed for Vice about Trump’s shocking defeat over Hillary Clinton in November 2016, saying, “Do not let this defeat you — let this enrage you! Let it motivate you! Let this be the fire you didn’t have before. If you are an immigrant, if you are a person of color, if you are LGBTQ+, if you are a woman — don't be afraid, be loud!”

Jennifer Lawrence's Response To A Question About Her Love Life Really Shock us

If you're heading home for the holidays and are dreading to face your family's interrogation on your love life (or lack thereof), take a note from Jennifer Lawrence. All you'll need are: a (strong) drink, a straw and a really good poker face.

When the Passengers actress guest-starred on Watch What Happens Live last night, host Andy Cohen brought up the topic of relationships after he mentioned that she was Nick Jonas' celebrity crush. Then he asked Lawrence, "Do you have a boyfriend?"

In natural J Law fashion, she remained dead-pan and blew bubbles in her drink rather than give a straight response. Cheers.

Of course, Lawrence's fans already have a hint at the real answer to this question. The actress is currently linked with director Darren Aronofsky, whom she's reportedly been "casually" dating for the past few months. They were seen together in November engaging in some romantic PDA when they spent time together in New York.

Neither Lawrence nor Aronofsky has publicly confirmed their romance yet, and it doesn't seem they're going to soon. In another segment of the show, when the actress was asked what her best kiss of 2016 was, she pled the fifth then too.

Jennifer Lawrence Stands Her Ground For Emotional Essay She Wrote After Trump's Victory

Jennifer Lawrence was one of many celebrities to make her voice heard in the days following Donald Trump's election victory. "Do not let this defeat you—let this enrage you!" Lawrence wrote in a powerful essay for Vice. "Let it motivate you! Let this be the fire you didn't have before. If you are an immigrant, if you are a person of color, if you are LGBTQ+, if you are a woman—don't be afraid, be loud!"

Though her statement was largely embraced, it drew some backlash from the right-wing, which Lawrence addressed during an interview on Good Morning America yesterday. "I didn't mean to speak to only people who voted for Hillary [Clinton]," Lawrence explained. "I meant to just speak to the divide. For any presidential candidate, being very extreme is scary, left or right."

Having starred in The Hunger Games franchise since 2012, Lawrence said that she was very aware that many of her younger fans would have recently reached voting age. "When the election happened, I couldn't help but think of those girls who are [now] 18," she said. "I completely understand when people say, 'Just shut up and act.' But for me there are times where I feel a real need to speak to those girls."

Why People Are Furious At Jennifer Lawrence Right Now

While on the press tour for her new film, Passengers, Jennifer Lawrence appeared on The Graham Norton Show with costar Chris Pratt and celebrity chef Jamie Oliver. On the show, Lawrence told a story of how she accidentally dismantled a sacred Hawaiian site and almost killed a co-worker while filming The Hunger Games.

"We were filming in Hawaii, and there were…sacred…rocks — I dunno, they were ancestors, who knows — they were sacred," she said. "And you're not supposed to sit on them, because you're not supposed to expose your genitalia to them. I however, was in a wet suit for this whole shoot, so, oh my god they were so good for butt itching!"
She went on to explain that after going to one of the giant rocks to scratch her butt, one of the rocks came loose and rolled down the mountain, almost killing the film's sound engineer.
Lawrence told the story lightly, in a very humorous, Jennifer Lawrence-y way. But many people did not find a celebrity disturbing sacred ground with her butt, and swirling a glass of white wine around while telling the tale, very funny. After the talk show episode aired on December 7, people were quick to respond to Lawrence's tale on Twitter.
Lawrence has yet to respond to the backlash against her story.
