Ciara Withdrew Defamation Case Against Ex, Future From Court

Ciara's protracted, post-split legal battle with Future, her former fiance, just got a bit less complicated. The singer has dropped her defamation suit because she's currently make more money than she was prior to the unprintable remarks Future made about her.

According to TMZ, a defamation case has a monetary detail attached in which the person who claims to have been defamed must have suffered financially as a result -- something Ciara has not had to deal with. 

Earlier this month, a judge sided with Future in the case, having determined his tweets about Ciara were not libelous.

Ciara and Russell Wilson have only been married for three months, but it seems they’re already expecting their first baby.

“Ciara is pregnant and is so excited to be a mom," an insider tells E! News, ignoring the fact the R&B beauty already is a mom thanks to son Future, 2.  

Although the Wilsons have yet to comment on the speculation themselves, Ciara’s fans have started baby bump watch.

The “Body Party” singer, 30, popped up at a Revlon event yesterday, October 18, wearing a white suit jacket and pants.

While that’s not a shocking choice for a red carpet, the ensemble is uncharacteristically loose-fitting for the always-sultry Ciara.

Instagram users immediately noted the change, as someone commented on a video from the bash, “Baby bumpin,” and another agreed, saying, “Exactly.”

The questions continued on the mom of one’s most recent ‘Gram upload after her Live With Kelly appearance this morning.

The possibly-pregnant star rocked another pair of baggy pants, this time with a giant peplum camouflaging her middle and equally large sleeves to even everything out.

A follower pointed out the elaborate outfit, writing, “Covering her stomach again,” with a baby emoji.

The surprisingly covered-up look falls in line with Ciara’s recent Instagram aesthetic over last month, where her stomach is either cut out of photos or hidden beneath lots of layers.

It’s highly possible we won’t see CiCi back in a bodysuit like the one she’s rocking above for a number of months.

Future Just Released A New Song 'How It Feel' and People Thinks He is Slamming His Ex Ciara

Could it be? Future dropped a new song titled "How It Feel" on Friday, September 9, and fans think the unapologetic lyrics are aimed at the rapper's ex-girlfriend Ciara.

On the five-minute track, which was produced by Mike WiLL Made-It, Future, 32, boasts about sex and marijuana before seemingly taking a shot at Ciara, 30, in the outdo.

"I made it, you bitch / I made you, bitch," the Atlanta native (a.k.a. Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn) raps. "Bitch, you was nothing before me / I gave you fame on the 'gram / I put you back on the charts / I got you a No. 1 spot."

This wouldn't be the first time Future alluded to his tumultuous December 2014 split from the "I Bet" singer in the form of a song. Earlier this summer, he appeared to threaten Ciara's new husband, Russell Wilson, on "Juice," a track inspired by the O.J. Simpson murder trial.

Future and Ciara's relationship has become extremely heated in recent months. In February, she filed a $15 million defamation and slander lawsuit against her ex, with whom she shares 2-year-old son Future Jr., after he called out her relationship with Wilson, 27, during interviews and Twitter rants.

In June, the "Low Life" rapper (who is currently on tour with Drake) opened up about his contentious relationship with the "1, 2 Step" songstress in an interview with Rolling Stone.

"[Ciara] being successful, her being happy, helps me," he explained at the time before seemingly addressing Ciara directly. "I'm attached to you. If you're happy, I'm happy. You're connected for life. I don't want you to go through this s--t and for it to come back on my son, my kid. I want you to be in the best situation."
