Pusha-T is the latest guest to appear on “The Joe Budden Podcast,” where he revealed how he came to find out that Drake had fathered a son. “The information came from 40. It didn’t come from Kanye at all,” he said, referring to Drake’s long-time producer Noah “40” Shebib. “40 is sleeping with a woman... He talks to her daily. Five, six hours a day... and ultimately speaks about how he's disgruntled about certain things: Notoriety and things involving Drake, and his career, and so on and so forth. With that also came the fact that Drake has a child. With that also came the trip that everybody took to go see the child and bring him gifts, and all of this information. She divulged this information.” Find that around the 24:45 mark here.
He also responds to Drake’s claims that Pusha “wished death” upon 40 in the lyrics of “The Story of Adidon.” “I never did,” Pusha says. “I was just acknowledging an ailment.” (When the National Multiple Sclerosis Society responded to those lyrics back in May, pointing out that he released the track just before World MS Day, Pusha responded, “Oh man, wow, that’s ironic.”)
Elsewhere in the interview, Pusha admits that he would have released “The Story of Adidon” regardless of whether or not Drake mentioned his wife on the diss track “Duppy Freestyle.” At one point, he states that Drake put out a $100,000 bounty for information on him, providing anecdotes of friends that reached out to him after being contacted about the info. The interview also touched on Pusha’s working relationship with Kanye in light of their political differences, how he sees MAGA hats as the new “Klan hood,” and more. Later, he is asked about Drake’s Scorpion album: “I didn't think it was that good,” he says. "There was a lot of filler"
Pusha’s podcast appearance follows Drake’s recent appearance on LeBron James and Maverick Carter’s HBO show “The Shop,” during which Drake opened up about the beef and stated that he recorded a diss track in response to “Adidon“ that he decided not to release.
Fresh off of dethroning himself from the No. 1 slot atop the Billboard Hot 100, replacing his own single "God's Plan" with the smash hit "Nice For What," and becoming just the 13th artist in history to replace their own No. 1 single atop the chart, GRAMMY-winning rapper Drake has begun to drop hints about his forthcoming fifth album Scorpion.
Celebrating his chart win, Drake hopped on Instagram on Monday to drop some good news for all the fans who've been patiently waiting for the Toronto native's next official LP release sing 2016's quadruple-platinum-certified Views.
While the pair of IG posts, both captioned "JUNE 2018," are the first tease of the album's title and release date, Drake did drop some additional hints during his appearance at a Toronto Raptors game in March, telling the hometown crowd at halftime, "I love each and every one of you …I’m happy to be home. I’m working on this new album for the city."
Details on the specific date in June when Scorpion will drop are still forthcoming.
Drake has kicked off the season of Valentine by donating to various people in his neighborhood.
WPLG reported that the Canadian rapper who appeared at Miami Senior High School in South Florida to film a video for his hit single "God's Plan" -- not only let students appear as extras in the visual, but also donated a whopping $25,000 on Monday to the institution and announced that all students would be given uniforms designed by the OVO clothing founder himself.
After his visit to the high school, Drake went on to the University of Miami, where he surprised a student with a $50,000 scholarship.
Yesterday, the rapper also donated $50k to a women’s homeless shelter.
Drake and Bella Hadid may not be on speaking terms anymore.
Drake and Hadid sparked romance rumors when the "Fake Love" singer threw a lavish birthday bash for the Victoria's Secret model's 21st birthday. Some believe that the two are just friends, but others claim that they are casually dating. One source told Us Weekly that Drake and Hadid are not talking to each other at the moment, so it's possible they may have broken up.
"[Drake and Hadid are] no longer talking," the insider told the publication. "Things ended over text when he basically ghosted her."
Drake is out of the country for a tour at the moment. Meanwhile, Hadid just graced the runway of the recently concluded Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2017 in Shanghai, China.
Although Hadid is not on speaking terms with Drake, she is happy and still celebrating the success of her recent gig. On Tuesday, Hadid took to Instagram to express her joy over joining the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show this year.
"What a dream come true…This year felt like my first year all over again," Hadid wrote. "Emotionally, physically, mentally, in my health I feel so much stronger in so many ways and I am so grateful to all who have supported me, believed in me and stood by me."
"Yesterday was so unreal on so many levels. It took so much for all of this to come together and truly as a team we pulled it together as a WHOLE. I am grateful. I am happy. I am humbled. And I just can't stop smiling thinking about it!!!" she continued.
In related news, Hadid was also recently romantically linked to her ex, The Weeknd, after his split from Selena Gomez. Another insider claimed that the model and the "Starboy" singer are seeing each other again. "He didn't love that [Selena] and Justin [Bieber] started hanging out again, and he was always a bit jealous of him," one source said.
The insider added that it was not difficult for The Weeknd to reconnect with Hadid because she was not dating anyone. She has become more in-demand in the modeling industry after their split and is occupied with work. "Bella is busy, she's not really dating and The Weeknd is someone familiar and who she cares about. It's easy," the source added. "I don't think it'll become serious, but I'm sure she's happy to spend time with him while they're in the same city."

The Billboard Music Awards air Sunday, May 31 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
He did it! Drake surpassed Adele’s record at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday, May 21, when he picked up 13 wins.
The British singer, 29, previously set the record in 2012 with 12 top honors. Drake, 30, officially took the lead when he won the Top Artist category during the Las Vegas event at the T-Mobile Arena on Sunday night.
“I got my whole family up here,” he said during his acceptance speech. Drake also won in the Top Male Artist and Billboard 200 Album (Views) categories.
Other big winners of the night included The Chainsmokers, Blake Shelton, Kenny Chesney, Twenty One Pilots and Beyoncé, who was not in attendance. Queen Bey, who is pregnant with twins, was the guest of honor at a baby shower over the weekend.
Just call him chaperone papi! Drake flew to Memphis on Saturday, May 13, to crash his cousin Jalaah Moore's high school prom.
The "Passionfruit" rapper, 30, ordered a white Rolls-Royce to escort Moore and her date to their prom at Memphis' Fairley High School, in addition to paying for their coordinating, custom, rose-gold sequined outfits, sources close to the family told TMZ.
Drake did not perform at the celebration, but he did throw an afterparty for Moore and approximately 400 of her friends and classmates at a local Hard Rock Café, TMZ reports.
The three-time Grammy winner and his cousin shared photos from the night on their social media accounts. Drake posted a sweet shot of Moore and her date on Instagram, writing, "Prom 2017 #FairleyHighSchool #901 #YoungLove." Moore, meanwhile, posted two pictures with Drake and her date, one of which she captioned, "Best Day Everrrr."
Of course, Drake made sure to steal the spotlight in style. He showed up in all black, wearing a turtleneck sweater, a suit jacket and pants, complete with a gold chain.
On Saturday, Drake dropped his "playlist project" More Life on OVO radio. It's really more of an album—his first since last spring's Views—which makes it exciting enough. But it also dropped about a month after reports came out that he and J.Lo had parted ways, and she shows up more than a few times on the tracks.
Although they never technically announced they were dating, more than a few couple-y Instagrams and prom appearance vids indicated that the two were cozy, and More Life is evidence that she had a special place in his heart—whatever that place was exactly.
The first track, "Free Smoke," contains the most blatant J.Lo reference in the album: "I drunk text J.Lo / Old numbers so I bounce back / Boy Wonder gotta bounce back."
Sounds like not even Drake is immune to those moments when your drunk self takes control of your phone. But she's now dating former baseball player Alex Rodriguez, so maybe J.Lo changed her number for a reason. Take the hint, Drake: Girl has clearly moved on.
Judging by the rest of the tracks, it seems like Drake is making his best efforts to do exactly that. In “Get It Together,” which the couple collaborated on, up-and-coming British artist Jorja Smith provides the vocals we heard J.Lo singing in a leaked video last year.
But that doesn't mean we don't get a little of actual J.Lo's voice on the album. In "Teenage Fever," Drake samples the chorus of her 1999 hit "If You Had My Love." (Or has he moved on??)
Whatever exactly came of J.Lo and Drake's brief fling, she's clearly inspired him professionally. Her current number may no longer be in his contacts, but their relationship's now immortalized in his music.
There's already been so much loss during this supposed-to-be-quiet time of Betwixtmas...but we could always use more action, right? ::squirms uncomfortably trying to reconcile love of drama as a spectator sport but also not pitting women against other women::
Following the risky upload of this photo, in which one Drake envelops one Jennifer Lopez in a bear hug, Rihanna has unfollowed the bear-hug-ee on Instagram, fueling rumors that D + JLo really does = 3. But at what cost? Earlier this year, Rihanna and Lopez exchanged Manolos (just like us and our friends!), then kind words, the latter telling E! News, "I'm a huge Rihanna fan…and I feel like she's such a girl's girl, which I love."
Update, 12/28: Jennifer Lopez and Drake just added fuel to the rumors that they're an item. Early this morning, they both posted photos on Instagram of the two of them romantically snuggling up together on the couch. Neither of them wrote a caption, but Drizzy's eyes say it all.
The photo follows news that JLo turned down a $1 million New Year's Eve gig in Miami to hang out with her new beau. She declined to perform to take up "personal family time," but sources have taken that to mean she'll be spending time with Drake in Vegas.
It seems Rihanna isn't a fan of the new pair. The singer, who dated Drake in a longtime on-again-off-again relationship, reportedly unfollowed Lopez on Instagram after this photo was posted.
But it's still possible that the two aren't romantically involved at all—a source told People the singer and rapper are actually making music together. (Just like Drake and Taylor Swift, whose musical collaboration started off as dating rumors as well.)
Original post, 12/21: In a celebrity romance that nobody saw coming this year, JLo and Drake are sparking dating rumors—or as TMZ sources put it, "it's only a matter of time," before these two make things official.
After Drizzy was spotted at JLo's Las Vegas residency show last week, the two later shared a selfie they snapped backstage. Drake captioned the photo, "😍

Then, on Monday night, the rapper rented out Delilah restaurant in West Hollywood for an intimate dinner with 20 guests—one of whom was JLo. TMZ reports that the pair are reportedly working on music together and that while they're not yet officially dating, "it's pretty clearly going in that direction."
Does this mean we can expect a Drake x Rihanna music/love affair from the rapper and JLo? We certainly hope so...
We wish we were on her list! Jennifer Lopez went shopping at Barneys in Beverly Hills yesterday, and we're dying to know if she got Drake anything!
After all, the two are rumored to be dating, so it wouldn't be all that surprising. Talk about a hot couple! Jenny from the Block and Drizzy have been "spending time together" and collaborating on new music, but it sounds like a collab in the bedroom is in the near future! Sources say they haven't hooked up yet, but it's only a matter of time. It's perfect timing, as the bootylicious beauty split with boyfriend Casper Smart this past August and the "Hotline Bling" crooner is currently off with Rihanna. They seem like the perfect match!
