Though it’s been four months since Beyonce dropped Lemonade and the drama began, Damon Dash — the 42-year-old’s ex-husband — is not happy that his 16-year-old daughter was attacked online for something her mother may or may not have done.
Ava Dash, 16, tweeted, “I’m tired of all of the unnecessary bullying, come from a place of kindness.”
Jay Z’s former best friend wants Mr. and Mrs. Carter to apologize for creating the Lemonade firestorm and unleashing the Beyhive on his family.
“They are cowards. They should have stepped up and said something. Adults can go and harass a kid on behalf of an R&B singer?
“The trolls should have been put in jail for that, it was crazy,” he said in an interview with Grazia.
The 45-year-old producer and The Blueprint rapper used to be very close but had a falling out years ago.
Though he was married to the fashion designer from 2005 to 2009 and the couple has two children, Damon doesn’t necessarily deny the alleged relationship between Rachel and Beyonce’s man.
“I don’t care what Rachel did, I don’t agree with a lot of the things she does.”
And he certainly doesn't agree with the hate his daughter is receiving.
