A disturbing video coming out of Trinidad and Tobego shows a young girl calling for help on social media and claiming that her mother gives her out to men to satisfy their sexual pleasures.
The 13-year-old girl named Latisha said that her mother abuses her and forces her to have sex with men. In the video Latisha begged for help from her social media followers.
Speaking in broken English, the teen claims that for the last three months her mother has been selling her to men who are aware she’s still a kid yet go ahead to have sex with her.
She adds that her mom “beats” her or “starves” her to force her to sleep with men for money. She goes on to reveal that her mum also forces other young girls into prostitution.
A 14-year-old Black boy in Michigan was shot at when he knocked on a stranger’s door to ask for directions to his school.
On Thursday morning, Brennan Walker missed the bus to school and tried to walk the route to Rochester High School. Walker’s mother had confiscated his phone, so he was unable to access GPS.
After getting turned around, Walker decided to knock on someone’s door and ask for help, reported WJBK.
"I got to the house, and I knocked on the lady's door. Then she started yelling at me and she was like, 'Why are you trying to break into my house?' I was trying to explain to her that I was trying to get directions to Rochester High. And she kept yelling at me. Then the guy came downstairs, and he grabbed the gun, I saw it and started to run. And that's when I heard the gunshot," he told WJBK.
Although the man missed, Brennan continued running, and eventually found a place to hide. He also started crying.
Oakland County Sheriff Deputies received a 911 call from the woman, who claimed a Black male was trying to break into her home. When the authorities arrived at the home, they took the woman's husband into custody.
Jeffrey Zeigler (pictured above), a retired Detroit firefighter, was arraigned Friday afternoon. He has been charged with assault with intent to murder and a felony charge of possessing a firearm for allegedly shooting at Brennan.
When Brennan’s mother was notified by investigators, she was informed of the chilling reason why Zeigler missed.
"I found out later the only reason [the man] missed is because he forgot to take the safety off,” his mother, Lisa Wright, told WJBK.
Investigators also said Zeigler’s Ring doorbell had a surveillance video which recorded the incident. The investigators watched the video with Brennan and his mom.
"One of the things that stands out, that probably angers me the most is, while I was watching the tape, you can hear the wife say, 'Why did "these people" choose my house?'" Brennan’s mom told reporters. "Who are "these people?" And that set me off. I didn't want to believe it was what it appeared to look like. When I heard her say that, it was like, but it is [what it looks like]."
Although authorities haven't released that security video, they are troubled by the incident.
"It is just absurd that this happened," Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard told WJBK. "I feel terrible for the young man; I feel terrible for the mom and the anxiety that they had to go through. We are going to ask for every charge permissible for this guy, who stepped up and fired a shotgun because someone knocked on his door."

The public shaming was watched by a crowd of people, who instead of helping Mr Liu, whip out their phones and film the beating. It’s claimed the husband got wind of the affair after finding out about his wife’s online dating account. Ms Duan was not seen in the footage.
An inquest has opened after a boy was found frozen to death outside his uncle’s house in Birmingham. No relatives of Hakeem Hussain, 7, turned up at the inquest at Birmingham Coroner’s Court yesterday. Hakeem died outside the house in Cook Street, Nechells. His mother, Laura Heath, 35, and great uncle, Timothy Busk, 56, have both been arrested for suspected neglect.
Coroner’s investigator Sylvia Mole said Hansen lived in Long Acre, Nechells, but was found at the Cook Street address where he was pronounced dead at 7.40am on November 26.

Area Coroner Emma Brown said because a criminal investigation was ongoing she could not set a date for the full inquest. She adjourned it until January 26 next year for an inquest review.
Ambulance crews were called to the house in Cook Street at 7.30am on November 26. But despite the efforts of paramedics, Hakeem was declared dead at the scene.
Floral tribute left for boy who froze to death
The schoolboy may have been in near-freezing temperatures outdoors for some time before an ambulance was called. Hakeem had attended nearby Nechells Primary Academy. Both his mother and great-uncle have been bailed while police continue to investigate.
About 18 months ago, Lindenwood University student Michael L. Johnson was convicted of the Class A felony of “recklessly exposing another person to HIV,” which in Missouri carries a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison. The conviction raised an outcry amongst LGBT and human rights advocates—and now it’s been overturned.
The Washington Post reports that Johnson’s conviction was officially overturned on Tuesday, and the Missouri Court of Appeals has demanded a new trial for Johnson, citing specific evidence that was deliberately withheld by the prosecution. The evidence included phone recordings made by Johnson while in jail, in which he told someone he was only “pretty sure” he had revealed his HIV status prior to sex. The new court documents read:
In his first point on appeal, Johnson contends that the trial court erred by admitting the excerpted recordings of phone calls Johnson made while in jail that the State did not disclose to the defense until the morning of the first day of the trial. Johnson argues that the State’s disclosure of the recordings was untimely under Missouri Supreme Court Rule 25.03 and rendered his trial fundamentally unfair. We agree.
The problem with submitted evidence is just one issue with the case. ACLU attorney Anthony Rothert said in statement to the Associated Press, “The law under which he is charged is based on outdated science from a time when HIV policy was based on panic,” adding, “The prosecution used that fear, along with racism and homophobia, to get a conviction.” Deputy director of the Center for HIV Law and Policy in New York, Mayo Schreiber Jr., told them that the laws persecuting people with HIV often “fall on African-Americans and other groups with limited social capital.”
Johnson discovered he was HIV-positive in January of 2013, and had unprotected sex with a fellow student, identified as D.K.-L. in court documents, soon after. D.K.-L. was then diagnosed with HIV, and connected his diagnoses to Johnson. After seeing Johnson on dating apps with profiles that did not admit his HIV status, D.K.-L. called the police. He was arrested in October of 2013. There is not yet a date set for a new trial.
A road rage brawl among a group of women turned into a demolition derby that destroyed a fire hydrant and left bystanders shaking their heads.
The wild scene in south Los Angeles was caught on tape by shocked witnesses and the video has been watched millions of times in recent days.
In the video, a woman in a white SUV repeatedly smashes into another woman's silver BMW SUV after at least four women were seen fighting.
The drivers of the vehicles spoke to KABC in Los Angeles. Both accused the other of starting the fight.
Both of the SUVs were left badly damaged.
The LAPD said the incident is being investigated. Crews arrived shortly thereafter to fix the broken hydrant, which was shooting water high into the air.
Twenty four bodies have so far been recovered from the gutted remains of the Oakland warehouse where a fire killed a large number of revellers on Friday night.
Rescue teams are still searching through the ruins of the building, as a number of people are still missing.
The blaze is believed to have started accidentally as a rave party was taking place inside.
The site reportedly did not have a sprinkler system fitted, nor did it appear to have any working smoke detectors.
Police are investigating whether cyberbullying played a role in the suicide of 18-year-old Brandy Vela, who shot herself in the chest at her Texas City, Texas, home on Tuesday, IPRESSTV confirms.
Vela was transported to the hospital and pronounced dead upon arrival, the Texas City Police Department confirmed to IPRESSTV in a written statement.
Vela’s sister, Jacqueline, 22, told Click 2 Houston that her family received an alarming text message from her that day that read, “I love you so much just remember that please and I’m so sorry for everything.”
Jacqueline told the news outlet that she tried everything she could to save her sisters life.
“I heard someone crying so I ran upstairs and I looked in her room and she’s against the wall and she has a gun pointed at her chest and she’s just crying and crying and I’m like, ‘Brandy please don’t, Brandy no,'” Jacqueline told the outlet.
Jacqueline added that moments later, “I was in my parents’ room and I just heard the shot and my dad just yelled, ‘Help me, help me, help me.'”
On Wednesday night, their father, Raul Vela, told the Galveston County Daily News that his daughter suffered from cyberbullying, involving fake Facebook profiles and social media posts that advertised illicit activities using his daughter’s phone numbers.
He told the newspaper that she changed her number multiple times and reported the harassment to police multiple times. But nothing changed because the people behind it were anonymous.
“Maybe I was approaching it the wrong way,” he said. “They couldn’t do anything about it.”
Jacqueline told CNN, “They would say really, really mean things like, ‘Why are you still here?’ They would call her fat and ugly. She was beautiful, absolutely beautiful; the only thing people could find to pick on her was her weight,” she said.
Vela’s bedroom is now covered in Post-it notes, including two that read, “You will always own a piece of my heart,” and “You will never be forgotten,” the outlet reports.
The Texas City Independent School District wrote in a statement obtained by IPRESSTVthat Vela “had a lot of friends and was thought of warmly by her peers and teachers.”
According to the statement, before Thanksgiving break, Vela brought to the school’s attention that she was getting harassing messages on her cell phone outside of school. School investigators found that the app being used to send the messages was untraceable.
The school encouraged her to change her phone number, but they’re not sure if she did so, the statement says.
“We have and will always cooperate with the police,” part of the statement reads. “If anyone knows anyone suspected of harassing Brandy, we need that information on that shared with the school and police. We take cyberbullying seriously and would penalize to the full extent of the law for any violations.”
Texas City Police Detectives are currently investigating the allegations of the Cyberbullying.
A prayer vigil will be held in the parking lot of Texas City High School on Friday at 6:30 p.m.

Shocking footage has emerged showing the moment a circus trainer was mauled by a lion during a live show in Egypt, leaving him with fatal injuries.
Trainer Islam Shaheen, 35, was filmed motioning at a lion with a stick as another lion climbed up a ladder during the performance in Alexandria.
At that moment, a third lion launches a savage attack on the trainer, rearing up and biting him in the neck as watching children scream in terror.

Other trainers rushed to try and help Shaheen, lying helpless on the ground, by poking the lion with sticks.
As the music cut out abruptly, the only sound was the screams of the panicked crowd fleeing in fright.
Shaheen was rushed to Andalusian Salam hospital but died later from his injuries.
He had worked as a circus trainer for ten years according to his brother.
However he was caught by surprise by the lion that was new to the troupe from South Africa, Al-Arabiya reported.
Mohammed Mustafa, the circus spokesman, said the attack happened as the lion was in the mating season and so behaving erratically.
The lion has been withdrawn from any upcoming shows as a vet checks it over.

The shocking video comes a year after another female lion tamer in Egypt was mauled by one of her animals.
Footage showed Faten El-Helw prancing around the ring and waving to her adoring fans when the big cat suddenly jumped from its stool and lunged at her.
As the panicked audience jump to their feet screaming, the lion tamer was pinned to the ground and bitten in the shoulder.
Amazingly, El-Helw was able to get up and was led to safety while another circus worker coaxed the lions back into their cages.
She suffered a hairline fracture to her pelvis and was rushed to hospital, but survived.

A woman named Christine Everson believes she spotted a "scared" Sherri Papini with two men at a truck rest stop days before she was found beaten and chained on the side of a road in Yolo County, California, around 4:30 a.m. Thanksgiving.
Everson told the Daily Mail that she saw a blonde woman resembling Papini at the Travel Center stop on the outskirts of Redding, California, at around 7 p.m. Tuesday, November 22.
“My husband, my son and I were getting ready to go out of town and were filling up the car. It was dark and I looked over and thought, ‘Why are those men going back and forth from the truck and the woman isn’t?’ You know a woman always wants to take a potty break and look what’s in the store. We were there for 20 minutes, pumping fuel and whatnot, and my husband was like, ‘What are you doing?’” she recounted. “I saw this blonde lady in a blue pickup truck about 10 yards away from where we were parked and I kind of did a double take. I said, ‘This looks like Sherri Papini here,’ so I walked over, the guys had left the car, I walked over and her window was down a little.”
Everson explained to the Daily Mail that she thought the woman might be Papini since she had seen a lot of the news stories on television covering her disappearance.
“She was blonde and very pretty, and I thought it could definitely be her, she was the right age,” she recalled. “I obviously haven’t seen Sherri in person so I couldn’t be 100 percent, but it was a close enough resemblance that I couldn’t just drive away and have that question mark in my mind.”
However, the woman ignored Everson when she was approached. “I said, ‘You look like that woman who was abducted here in Redding, are you OK?’” Everson told the Daily Mail. “She never answered me, she didn’t answer yes, she didn’t answer no, she just looked at me. And I said, ‘Are you being held against your will? Do you need me to call 911 right now?’ And again she didn’t answer.”
Still, Everson — who is part of a local anti-sex trafficking coalition — tried to help. ‘Sex trafficking in this area is getting very big, so I was thinking that’s what’s happening here,” she continued. “I said, ‘I’d be willing to meet you in there and we can make arrangements for you if you are being trafficked, or there is a phone number in there and we have safe houses here in Redding.’ She said, ‘Thanks.’ That’s all she said to me and put her head down. Something wasn’t right.”
Eventually, Everson, marketing director of Air Shasta Rotor & Wing in Redding, left the rest stop and called the police. “We left before they left. I gave myself about five minutes down the road before I called the police,” she said. “I gave them the number of the car and a description.”
Everson doesn’t know if her tip aided police in their search for Papini. As previously reported, Sherri’s husband, Keith Papini, reported his wife missing from their Northern California home when she didn't come back following a jog November 2.
Sherri was supposed to pick up their children, ages 2 and 4, from daycare that day. She was found 22 days later. Authorities are searching for two armed Hispanic women as the investigation continues.
Keith issued a lengthy statement to Good Morning America November 29 regarding his wife’s abduction.
"Nothing could have prepared me for what I was about to see upon my arrival at the hospital, nor the details of the true hell I was about to hear," Keith said, adding that Sherri was “emaciated” and only weighed 87 pounds. "My first sight was my wife in a hospital bed, her face covered in bruises ranging from yellow to black because of repeated beatings, the bridge of her nose broken."
Though some people believe that Sherri’s story is a hoax, authorities told ABC News that there was "no reason to disbelieve" her account. In his statement to GMA, Keith acknowledged the hoax rumors, which he described as “exhausting and disgusting.”
"We are not going to allow those people to take away our spirit, love, or rejoice in our girl found alive and home where she belongs. I understand people want the story, pictures, proof that this was not some sort of hoax, plan to gain money, or some fabricated race war. I do not see a purpose in addressing each preposterous lie," Keith said. "We are a very private family who do not use social media outlets prior to this grotesque tragedy. My love for my wife took precedence, and it was clear we had to be exposed in ways we never would have been comfortable with."

Allegedly, when Twitter user Rose (@solikearose) settled in all full of turkey to watch the new episode of Anthony Bourdain's Parts Unknown last night, she...didn't get to see Parts Unknown. But she certainly saw some parts.
Rose tweeted pictures of her television at around 11:00 PM EST last night, which appeared to be broadcasting a hardcore porn video instead of the new episode. CNN's broadcasting in Boston is provided by local television provider RCN, where someone may have been having some quality time with their right hand.
"I can't wait until @RCNconnects wakes up tmrw & realizes that hardcore porn was broadcast on @CNN instead of @PartsUnknown CNN tonight," Rose tweeted last night before making her account protected.
