I didn’t know pooping was weird or embarrassing until I was 16 years old.
I remember it like it was yesterday. We were sitting out on the quad during the 15-minute break between our B and C block classes, when one of my friends realized she desperately had to go to the bathroom. I know this because she literally said, “Ugh, I desperately have to go to the bathroom right now.”
I gave her a confused look and said, “Why don’t you just go to the bathroom then?”
She looked back at me, like I was some sort of disgusting, horrible monster, and said, “I have to poop! I can’t go NOW when everyone’s out of class. There are going to be so many other people in the bathroom!”
I was still confused and asked, “So you’re worried there will be a line…?”

Finally, she explained to me what she meant, like I was some infant alien who had just been introduced to planet Earth.
“No, Candice, I don’t want other girls hearing me take a massive dump in the Senior Hall bathroom. That’s EMBARRASSING.”
Oh. OK, so now I understood. Apparently, my way-too-loving, way-too-open-about-literally-everything parents had forgotten to pass that little memo along to me. As far as I was concerned, everyone pooped, and it was no big deal.
Even though I was starting to understand where she was coming from, I still wanted to help my friend. I mean, this was ridiculous. She had to go to the bathroom, and she was going to get a stomachache if she didn’t go.
So, I felt it was my personal duty to offer a helping hand.

“OK, how about I go with you, and we’ll talk to each other so loudly through the stalls that nobody will hear you poop!”
She accepted my offer, and from then on, whenever a friend had any sort of pooping problem, I was their go-to savior.
I also happen to be a Cancer. What does that have to do with literally anything? Well, according to a new infographic put together by our friends over at Mr. Rooter, as a Cancer, I’m a “Mama Bear” in the bathroom.
This means I’m probably going to be the friend more “timid bathroom goers” turn to when it comes to needing an escort to the bathroom. Spooky accurate.

She doesn't have a book filled with pictures of herself for nothing, people!
North and Saint's ~sexxxy~ mama stayed for four days at Joe Francis' house in the Mexican resort town of Punta Mita last month, and during that time she took over 6,000 selfies. Which, honestly, is not at all shocking. Like, if you told me that she took 100 selfies, I'd be like, "SHUT YOUR MOUTH! Don't you EVER talk about KiKi like that again!"
The 35-year-old mogul shared this info on Kendall Jenner's app (Always Be Cross-Promoting Your Sisters!) in a post titled, "Kim-Digits: The Breakdown Of My Mexico Vacation."
Here are some other fun facts: She spent four hours on the beach playing with her kids in nine different bikinis whilst drinking 10 watermelon smoothies. So fun! And I mean it! That very same week I went to the DMV two times and spent three hours crying into my pillow. So Kim's definitely winning this race!
She also twerked in a pool, although we don't know how many times. Let's just say 50?
I'm never not vacationing with Kim Kardashian ever again.

The Woman in The famous 'VJ Day Kiss' Picture of 1945 died At Age 92
The woman kissed by a sailor in an iconic photograph marking the end of World War Two has died aged 92.
Greta Zimmer Friedman died of pneumonia at a hospital in Richmond, Virginia, her son Joshua Friedman said.
Ms Friedman was a 21-year-old dental assistant when she was grabbed and kissed by George Mendosa in New York's Times Square on 14 August 1945.
The photo of that moment became one of the enduring images of the VJ Day celebrations in the US.
It was originally published as part of a round-up of celebration pictures in Life magazine.
Ms Friedman herself said she was not even aware of the photo until the 1960s when she saw a book by the man who took the photo, renowned photographer Alfred Eisenstaedt.
'Wasn't much of a kiss'
There were a number of people who claimed to be the sailor and the nurse in the photo and it was not until the 1980s that they were confirmed to be Ms Friedman and Mr Mendosa.
Although the picture captures the pair in a tight embrace, they did not actually know each other.
Mr Mendosa was actually at the time on a date with his future wife who can be seen smiling in some of the photos.
"It wasn't much of a kiss," Ms Friedman recalled, in an interview with the Veterans' History Project in 2005. "It was just somebody celebrating. It wasn't a romantic event."
Although the photo is lauded as a symbol of the joy felt by Americans on the day Japan surrendered to the United States, some people in recent times view the photo, as Time Magazine put it, "as little more than the documentation of a very public sexual assault".

Leaning back against a pillar, the photo sees her baring her abs and lean legs. “BTS on my last shoot of the summer. 👙🌊💪🏽,” the mother of two captioned the pic.
On her actual birthday (Aug. 14), she posted a photo of herself in nothing but a floral white shawl. “With open arms I welcome 50… I’m so blessed to be here!” she wrote.

By now, only people trapped under a rock haven't heard that Kendall Jenner snagged one of the most prestigious covers in fashion. But, what you never saw was the very sexy image that was left on the cutting room floor, featuring the 20-year-old supermodel in a revealing one-piece swimsuit not unlike one her sister Kim wore on her recent rendezvous in Mexico. While we can all agree Kenny looks stunning as usual, it is puzzling why this pic was scrapped. Do platonic friends usually go on exotic Caribbean getaways together? What about with another couple?
We didn’t think so, but Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon seem to be breaking tradition. The Bachelor in Paradise pair were spotted at Sugar Beach Resort in St. Lucia over the weekend, enjoying a (dare we say romantic?) getaway with Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert!
OK, so not totally romantic considering it wasn’t just the married BiP 2 couple with them — Ashley’s sister Lauren Iaconetti joined along. In fact, it seemed more like a group of friends than anything — even when they all took a mudbath together.
Of course, Jade and Tanner got some alone time in, cuddling in the pool.
And the canoodling continued with KardAshley and Jared on the couch, though it looked more like a pals sleepover than a romance.
Further proving the less-than-sexy nature of the trip was the hilarious makeup tutorial the ladies did with Jared and Tanner.

Hey, who needs romance when you’ve got friends like these?
This definitely seems to align with those reports Ashley and Jared decided to ultimately remain buddies on the upcoming third season of Paradise.
That doesn’t mean they don’t have their own love stories come August, though. Just sayin’.
